Bet on Bowl games at BetCris
Thursday, December 29
Birmingham Bowl – South Florida vs. South Carolina (ESPN)
The Bulls are listed as 10-point favorites in this game against a South Carolina team that probably shouldn’t even be in a bowl game.
Belk Bowl – Arkansas vs. Virginia Tech (ESPN)
The Hokies are 7-point favorites in this game with the total listed at 61.
Alamo Bowl – Oklahoma State vs. Colorado (ESPN)
The Buffaloes are 3-point favorites in this matchup between Top 20 teams.
Friday, December 30
Liberty Bowl – Georgia vs. TCU (ESPN)
The Bulldogs are 1-point favorites in a matchup between teams that had a lot higher aspirations before the season than playing in the Liberty Bowl.
Sun Bowl – Stanford vs. North Carolina (CBS)
The Cardinal are 2.5 point favorites but they won’t have their best player, Christian McCaffrey who is sitting this game out to avoid injury.
Music City Bowl – Nebraska vs. Tennessee (ESPN)
The Volunteers are favored by about a TD in this one as Nebraska is not expected to have their quarterback Tommy Armstrong for this game.
Arizona Bowl – South Alabama vs. Air Force (ASN)
The Falcons are big favorites to win this one against South Alabama.
Orange Bowl – Michigan vs. Florida State (ESPN)
The Wolverines are laying a TD in this game between marquee schools.
Saturday, December 31
Citrus Bowl – LSU vs. Louisville (ABC)
The Tigers are 3-point favorites in this game but they won’t have Leonard Fournette who is sitting this one out to avoid injury.
Taxslayer Bowl – Georgia Tech vs. Kentucky (ESPN)
The Yellow Jackets are 3-point favorites in this contest.
Peach Bowl – CFP Semifinal – Washington vs. Alabama (ESPN)
The top-ranked and unbeaten Crimson Tide are laying more than a touchdown in this first of the two semifinal games. The Huskies have a potent offense led by Jake Browning and a solid defense but the Crimson Tide have a very good offense led by Jalen Hurts and a superb defense.
Fiesta Bowl – CFP Semifinal – Ohio State vs. Clemson (ESPN)
The second semifinal has the Buckeyes a 3-point favorite in what should be a shootout between high-powered offenses. The Buckeyes are led by J.T. Barrett while the Tigers have Deshaun Watson.
Monday, January 2
Outback Bowl - Florida vs. Iowa (ABC)
The Gators are laying 3-point in what is expected to be a low scoring game with the total listed at 40.
Cotton Bowl – Western Michigan vs. Wisconsin (ESPN)
The Badgers will try and hand the Broncos their first loss of the season. Oddsmakers like their chances as Wisconsin is listed as an 8-point favorite.
Rose Bowl – USC vs. Penn State (ESPN)
The Trojans are laying 6.5 points in what is still considered one of the top bowl games of the season. USC had a very good season but they just couldn’t overcome their slow start to make the College Football Playoff. They get a pretty good reward though as they play in the Rose Bowl. The Nittany Lions actually won the Big Ten title but their bad loss to Michigan was too much for them to overcome and they didn’t get the respect from the College Football Playoff committee.
Sugar Bowl – Auburn vs. Oklahoma (ESPN)
The last of the bowl games before the College Football National Championship next week is the Sugar Bowl with Oklahoma a 3-point favorite against Auburn. This figures to be a shootout as both teams have potent offenses and somewhat suspect defenses. The Sooners have traditionally flopped in big games under Bob Stoops but whether you can even call this a big game is a question mark.
