The Boston Bruins had a far better than expected season but it ended on a potentially bad note. At home on the final day of the regular season with a shot to clinch top seed and home ice in the Eastern Conference the Bruins blew the opportunity in a 4-2 loss to the Florida Panthers. As a result, Boston now must face a very capable Toronto Maple Leafs team and young superstar phenom Auston Matthews. No playoff series is easy but this one is likely to be far more than the Bruins bargained for.
