The end of the season is upon us in all of the soccer leagues in Europe. Check out what's going on in each of the big leagues as we head into the end of the campaign.

English Premier League

Chelsea wrapped up the Premier League title last Friday by beating West Brom. The Blues are locked into the top spot, while Tottenham will finish second. Middlesbrough, Sunderland and Hull City have all been relegated with one match left to play for each. The real race is for third and fourth, covering the last two Champions League spots the EPL gets on an annual basis.

Liverpool and Manchester City are in the best spots. Both teams need just one more win to be locked into the Top 4. The Reds a match at home against Middlesbrough and shouldn't fall apart on the last day of the season, while Man City hosts West Brom and visits Watford. Should either slip, Arsenal will at least have a chance. The Gunners are on 69 points and will need the last six for sure to have any chance to finish in the Top 4.

Spanish La Liga

Real Madrid should be a slam dunk to get the job done in La Liga, but there's still fixtures left to play. Los Blancos figure to have to beat both Celta Vigo and Malaga on the road to close out the title. Technically, Barcelona sits at the top of the table, but the Catalan side, in spite of having the same 87 points as Real, only has one match left against Eibar at home.

Sporting Gijon hasn't quite been relegated yet at the bottom of the table, but the club needs three points and has to make up nine goals against Deportivo La Coruna on the last day of the season just to stay up. Osasuna and Granada will be joining Sporting Gijon in Segunda next year.

Atletico Madrid is guaranteed to finish third in La Liga, while Sevilla will finish fourth. Both teams are headed to the Champions League next year.

German Bundesliga

The new kid on the block, Red Bull Leipzig had a great run this season in the Bundesliga. With just one match left, Leipzing is guaranteed to finish second to Bayern Munich. The real question comes in the battle for third. Borussia Dortmund and TSG Hoffenheim are level on points with 61. Both will be in the Champions League next season, but the team that finishes third of the four won't have to go through the playoff round to get into the UCL.

Hamburg SV needs a victory on the final day of the season over is in some trouble. The team hasn't won a match since April 8, and it has just one match left at home against Wolfsburg to avoid playing in the relegation/promotion home-and-home series. A win leaves Hamburg safe and will likely send Wolfsburg into the relegation scrap. FC Ingolstadt and SV Darmstadt are both headed down.

French Ligue 1

There's still a few matches left to be played in France, but for all intents and purposes, it's all over with but the crying. Monaco is going to fend off PSG to get back to the top of the table. PSG will finish second best and go to the Champions League next year, while Nice has finished third with 77 points, one of its best seasons in recent history.

Italian Serie A

Juventus needs one win in its final three matches to lock up the Serie A title. Napoli is still chasing, but it knows that it's finished. Napoli will finish in the Top 3 though, and that will put it in the Champions League and make the season a great success. AS Roma is going to finish third.
