Week 3 College Football Betting Odds - Bet On NCAA Games

Week 3 College Football Betting OddsCollege Football Betting: When it comes to betting on college football in Week 3, there are some very intriguing options. One of the most underrated rivalries in the country takes place when Iowa plays Iowa State, and the Troy Aikman Bowl between UCLA and Oklahoma stands to be an entertaining affair. UCF will have a chance to make some early season noise too against a good Stanford team.

As the best place for betting on Week 3 college football games, Betcris offers the greatest lines and betting odds for this season in college football. All clients who sign up for a new account can choose from a variety of bonuses and special promotions to further enjoy the thrill of betting on college football games and Bowls.

Houston +10 vs Washington State

This could be the most entertaining game of the week. Houston brought in an exciting new coach in Dana Holgorsen, and he will ensure that the offense continues to light up the scoreboard. The Cougars were fifth in the nation in scoring offense in 2018, and D’Eriq King should be even better under Holgorsen then he was under Major Applewhite.

The problem is that the Cougars had one of the worst defenses in the country last year, and that was with a top ten NFL draft pick on the roster. Houston was 127th in the country in total defense, and Washington State will light this secondary up.

Gardner Minshew has moved on, but Gage Gubrud has plenty of experience running Air Raid offenses from his time at Eastern Washington. Gubrud was one of the best quarterbacks at the FCS level, and Wazzou won’t miss a beat.

UCLA +12 vs Oklahoma

This will be Oklahoma’s first real test in 2019. No one knows just how differently the Sooners’ offense will run with Jalen Hurts at the helm, but both Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray won the Heisman Trophy in Lincoln Riley’s system, and Hurts is sure to put up some big numbers.

The other side of the ball will be where most of the attention is focused though. Mike Stoops was finally fired after years of underachieving defenses at Oklahoma, and Alex Grinch comes in to replace him. Grinch will face two of the sharpest offensive minds in college football in his first three games, as Oklahoma opens its season with Houston before traveling to UCLA in Week 3.

Football Sports Betting

Michigan State -7 vs Arizona State

The Spartans are very happy this game in his East Lansing. Michigan State wilted in the desert heat when these teams met in Tempe last year, and the Spartans aren’t going to have those same problems this time around.

Michigan State brings back 17 starters from last year, and this is your classic Mark Dantonio team. They are gritty and tough, and they won’t give up much on defense. This was the No. 1 run defense in the country in 2018, so Arizona State is going to have a hard time moving the ball on the ground.

UCF +2 vs Stanford

Graduate transfer Brandon Wimbush is likely going to be the starter for UCF with McKenzie Milton still recovering from injury and Darriel Mack Jr also hurt. Wimbush has a ton of talent at his disposal.

Adrian Killins Jr. is one of the most explosive players in the country, and Gabriel Davis and Tre Nixon are great weapons too. Greg McCrae averaged nearly 8.9 yards per carry on the ground, and in Josh Heupel’s offense, UCF should have one of the most fun offenses once more.

Stanford is going to be at a preparation disadvantage. The Cardinal have a brutal four-game stretch to start the season, and that will give UCF a boost.

Iowa St. PK vs Iowa

If you have never seen Iowa-Iowa State, you’re missing out. This rivalry game between the only two FBS programs in Iowa has been enthralling, and there’s always something weird going on when these teams play.

Iowa lost two tight ends to the NFL, but Nathan Stanley is arguably the best quarterback the school has produced since Brad Banks. Stanley famously torched Ohio State two years ago, and he had a very solid season in 2018.

Some are calling Iowa State a dark horse for the Big 12, and they’ll have two weeks to prepare for their in-state rivals. Brock Purdy turned a lot of heads as a freshman, and this could be a surprisingly good quarterback duel.
