THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities, IP addresses, devices, or any other method to alter the normal course of the promotion or violate these Terms and Conditions.

10. RESERVATIONS IN FAVOR OF THE ORGANIZER: THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. VALID TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE FOR THE PROMOTION: The promotion is only available to persons over the age of eighteen (18) and is exclusive to the territory of Ecuador.

13. APPLICABLE LAW: The promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in Ecuador, and the relevant authorities in Ecuador shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the law.

14. RELEASE OF LIABILITY BY THE ORGANIZER: By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the "Released Parties") from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.

15. USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER express and free authorization, unless otherwise stated by the participant, to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations. This authorization includes use in print, digital, audiovisual, social media, internal materials, and any other dissemination channel that THE ORGANIZER deems appropriate, for a maximum period of one (1) year after the end of the promotion. The participant may revoke this authorization at any time by sending a written communication to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identity document, without prejudice to any use made prior to the date of receipt of such notification.
