PROMOTION: THE TOURNAMENT THAT MOVES THE WORLD

1. ORGANIZER

These rules set forth the terms and conditions governing the “TORNEO QUE MUEVE AL MUNDO” promotion. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the conduct and execution of this promotional activity, for the sole purpose of commercial advertising, shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is organized by HUCKLEBERRY PROCESOS GT, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, which may be abbreviated as “HUCKLEBERRY PROCESOS GT, S.A. de C.V.”, a Guatemalan corporation domiciled in the Department of Guatemala, with Registration Number twenty-nine thousand two hundred eighty-nine.

THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotion and providing the benefits associated with it.

2. PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies only to Guatemala and will be active from June 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (local time).

3. RESTRICTION: This promotion is intended exclusively for recreational players, defined as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity. 

THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, the eligibility of participants in accordance with the House Rules and the platform’s activity logs. 

 4. DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of USD$50 (or the equivalent in local currency) ormore made on the official website www.betcris.com, using any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized branches, the PARTICIPANT will receiveone (1) entry toparticipate in the drawing.
It is expressly clarified that deposits are not cumulative; that is, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the required minimum amount.

Example: If a PARTICIPANT makes a deposit of $100 (one hundred dollars), they will receive two (2) shares. Similarly, each additional deposit that meets the minimum amount will generate the corresponding shares independently.

Individual deposits of less than USD$50 (fifty dollars) will not entitle the depositor to shares and cannot be combined with other deposits to meet the minimum required amount.

There is no limit to the number of shares a participant can earn during the promotion period, provided they meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional code FUTBOL whenmaking a deposit, whether through the online cashier or at a physical branch. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must ask the teller to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not entered or applied during the deposit process, that deposit will not be considered valid for the purposes of the promotion. 

The applicable payment methods will be subject to the terms, restrictions, and regulations specific to each method in effect in Guatemala at the time of the transaction.

Earning Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)

For the purposes of this promotion, customers in the Diamond and VIP segments will be eligible for a differentiated share accumulation program. Specifically, deposits of USD$2,000 or more but less than USD$3,000 will generate double (2x) the points, while deposits of USD$3,000 or more will generate triple (3x) the points. This benefit is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Betcris reserves the right to make any changes, adjustments, or restrictions to the awarding of these benefits, depending on the customer's behavior.

Diamond Status is awarded upon making a first deposit of $1,000 or more:

Customers whose initial deposit is $1,000 or more will be upgraded to the Diamond tier within 24 hours and will receive the benefits associated with the Diamond tier of our loyalty program.

If any unusual, irregular, or suspicious activity is detected, Betcris reserves the right to review, limit, or cancel any benefits granted, without prior notice.

In addition, all eligible accounts will be subject to further review and verification by Betcris as a condition for qualifying for and retaining the corresponding benefits.

5. DATE OF THE DRAW: The drawing for the “TOURNAMENT THAT MOVES THE WORLD” promotion will take place on Monday , July 1, 2026.

Winners will be selected via the AppSorteos platform , ensuring a random and transparent process. For each main winner, an alternate will be designated, who will be contacted only if the main winner does not respond or cannot be verified. If necessary, we will proceed to the alternates in succession until a valid winner is confirmed. 

6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the email address associated with the account and/or messages sent to the phone number associated with the account, as applicable and depending on the availability of the channels.

THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the participant by phone using the contact information provided by the participant. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will forfeit their status as a winner, and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with the procedures established by THE ORGANIZER, with no right to subsequent claims.

Once the winner responds and contact has been successfully established, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided that the participant has opted in to receive promotional communications.

After being notified by phone that they have won, the participant must submit a valid form of identification for verification purposes within a maximum of twelve (12) hours from the time of such notification. Once the winner’s identity has been verified, the digital tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the winner.

It is the winner’s sole responsibility to provide a valid email address and to verify receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER shall not be liable for any errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for any failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

7. PROMOTION PRIZES: Participants who meet the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions will be entered into a drawing for one (1) prize, consisting of two tickets to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament, for the winner and one (1) guest.

The winner and their companion are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including, but not limited to, valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements imposed by the relevant authorities.

If the winner or their guest does not meet these requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and use the prize to select a new winner through a random drawing.

Each prize includes:

• Two-person ticket (winner + guest).
• Accommodations.
• Air transport*.

The inclusion of lodging and/or air travel will depend on the winner’s country of residence or geographic location, as well as on logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined solely by THE ORGANIZER.

Betcris operates in other countries, where this promotion will also be available, subject to the regulations of each jurisdiction; therefore, the prize will be distributed among these countries, which are: Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Honduras.

The prize does not include:

• Required travel visas or immigration permits
• Hotel incidental expenses
• Expenses not included in the scheduled itinerary
• Any expenses not included in the package
• Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges related to the receipt or redemption of the prize

Participants who earn entries during this phase will automatically be entered into Phase 3, which corresponds to the cash prize drawing (consolation prize) described below.

CASH PRIZE (CONSOLATION PRIZE) All participants who meet the conditions described in section four above will be eligible to win a total of USD$21,000 (or its equivalent in local currency), dividedinto forty-nine (49) cash prizes.

This prize is solely a consolation prize and does not replace the grand prize.

The drawing for the consolation cash prizes will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026, and the prizes will be distributed as follows:

Participants may choose whether to have the cash prize credited to their Betcris account or to receive it in cash.

The awards:

• They are personal and non-transferable
• Non-redeemable
• Subject to availability

Winners of cash prizes must claim their prizes and complete the prize validation and acceptance process by July 31, 2026.

If a winner fails to complete this process within the specified time frame, they will automatically forfeit their right to the cash prize, without any right to claim, compensation, or indemnification, and THE ORGANIZER may dispose of the prize at its discretion in accordance with its internal policies and applicable regulations.

THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and to resolve any unforeseen situations.

8. COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS: This promotion may be combined with other current promotions offered by THE ORGANIZER, provided that such promotions permit it in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.

Entries and eligibility for the cash prizes associated with the "Tournament That Moves the World" promotion may be accumulated throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, taking into account the entries obtained during its duration.

Cash prizes will be awarded once the entire promotion has concluded, on the date set by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding drawing, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, participants fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their full and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.

10. PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS: Each participant may earn multiple entries in the promotion based on qualifying deposits made. However, only one account per person is permitted. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities, IP addresses, devices, or any other method to disrupt the normal course of the promotion or violate these Terms and Conditions.

11. RESERVATIONS IN FAVOR OF THE ORGANIZER: THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

12. PROMOTION TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: The promotion is available only to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) and is limited to the territory of Guatemala.

13. ADDITIONAL RULES: All House Rules.

14. APPLICABLE LAW: The promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in Guatemala, and the competent authorities in Guatemala shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the law.

15. ORGANIZER’S RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.

16. USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER express and royalty-free authorization, unless the participant expressly states otherwise, to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations.

In addition, the winners agree to provide THE ORGANIZER with audiovisual material, including photographs and/or videos, documenting their experience as part of the “TORNEO QUE MUEVE AL MUNDO” promotion. Such material may be used by THE ORGANIZER for the purposes described above.

This authorization covers use in print, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other distribution channel that THE ORGANIZER deems appropriate, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the conclusion of the promotion.

The participant may revoke this authorization at any time by sending a written notice to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identification document, without prejudice to any use made prior to the date of receipt of such notice.

Terms and Conditions

“BONOJUEGATRIPLE”

1. This promotion applies only to the first deposit. For the purposes of this promotion, the first deposit is defined as the first deposit made by the player after creating an account that has been verified and approved in accordance with Betcris’s internal procedures.

Explanation of the Sports Bonus Rollover

How is it calculated?

The rollover is calculated as follows:

Example: 

If you deposit $10 and receive a 200% bonus ($20), the calculation will be: 

(10 + 20) × 7 = 210 

Therefore, you must place sports bets totaling $210 to complete the rollover.

How is it completed?

To meet the bonus rollover requirements, sports bets must be taken into account under the following conditions:

a) For winning sports bets, the lower of the amount wagered or the amount won is counted.
b) For losing sports bets and PUSH/ties, the amount wagered is counted.
c) VOID bets, canceled bets, or bets with cashout do not count.

How is it calculated?

The calculation would be as follows:
