Promotional activity 2025 ''ENCIENDE TU MOTO EN BETCRIS'' (Start Your Motorcycle in BETCRIS)

Deposits made by customers are now loaded with prizes, because they give them the opportunity to participate in drawings for Free Plays of up to C$100 córdobas and a grand final prize of (1) brand motorcycle. GENESIS CR3 200year 2025.

For each deposit of C$750 córdobas or more that customers make, they will receive a coupon with which they can participate in the raffle that will be held at the Agencia de Morocco on Saturday, December 27 at 7:00 p.m. and will be supervised by the Advisor, Betcris Administration, Aladdin Administration and the Shift Supervisor.

   2- FORM OF PARTICIPATION

1. This promotion begins on November 01, 2025 and ends on December 27, 2025.
2. To participate in the promotion, you must be a client (hereinafter referred to as ''Participant'') of Betcris and make a deposit of at least C$750 córdobas.
3. The deposit amount must be played in full.
4. The promotion is subject to a rollover of 1X.
5. Deposits are not cumulative, only deposits of at least C$750 cordobas participate.
6. You can make your deposits at any Betcris Nicaragua agency, or through the Online Cashier.
7. When you make your deposit at the agency, the advisor must fill out a coupon with the user's name and surname, account number and telephone number.
8. If the deposit is made at the Online Cashier, the customer must go to the nearest agency to claim the coupon and it can be deposited in the draw box.
9. The drawing will be held at the Morocco Agency on Saturday, December 27 at 7:00 p.m. and will be supervised by the Advisor, Betcris Administration, Aladdin Administration and the Shift Supervisor.
10. Winners will be notified by phone call or email, using the contact information provided in their Betcris accounts. In the event that it is not possible: a) to contact the possible winners within three (3) calendar days following each drawing, or; b) that the possible winners do not appear before the organizer, they will lose their condition as possible winners, as well as the right to claim the prize and the "possible alternate winner" of the respective prize will be notified. This procedure will be repeated until the prize is assigned to a potential winner who claims it within the term provided and fulfills all the conditions for the delivery of the prize.
11. Potential winners who have not provided accurate, complete and truthful information and/or have not kept it updated, may be disqualified if at the time of contact the data or information does not correspond to the actual data with which they allow to be contacted.
12. By delivering and receiving the prize, the Participants will be accepting the prize and will be responsible for it from that moment on.
13. No exchanges of prizes will be made. If the chattel has any anomaly and/or manufacturing defect, it must first be processed through warranty directly with the Distributor. If the problem persists, the actions to be taken must be reviewed exclusively with the Distributor, according to the conditions, indications and times determined by the Distributor. b) The prizes cannot be exchanged for money. c) The prizes will be delivered exclusively to the participants who win the title of possible winners, who in order to receive them must present the original of their identity document and comply with the provisions of acceptance and delivery of the prizes in these Terms and Conditions.
14. The promotion awards only one prize per person.
15. The Organizer will not be responsible for any transportation costs related to the delivery of the prize and/or transfers of the prize to the place of delivery of the prize.
16. Free Plays prizes will be credited within 5 business days after each drawing.
17. The GENESIS CR3 200 motorcycle prize will be delivered during business hours after the drawing. The customer need NOT BE PRESENT at the time of the drawing.
18. The prize may not be exchanged for any other prize or cash, nor is it transferable to another person.
19. In the event that the selected winners do not comply with the requirements and conditions stipulated, Betcris reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
20. This promotion is limited to one per month per person, family, household or organization with the same name, mailing address, IP address or banking information.
21. Closing an account and opening another one to benefit from this promotion will be considered an abuse and will result in the closure of your account by Betcris, with or without notice.
22. Betcris employees, partners, shareholders, collaborators or suppliers are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
23. Betcris reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this promotion at any time.
24. Promotion available only for persons over 18 years of age.
25. Players are only eligible if they reside in Nicaragua.
26. Promotion available only for recreational players (non-professional players).
27. All House Rules and Free Plays Rules apply.

4- TERRITORY.

The Promotion is valid only for the territory of the Republic of Nicaragua.

5- LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Participants accept that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for those events whose occurrence does not depend on the Organizer and that prevent the execution of the promotion, the selection of possible winners and the delivery and enjoyment of the prizes. The limitation of liability mentioned herein includes, but is not limited to, the following: a) Damages and/or losses, of any kind, that may be suffered by the participants and/or third parties, in their persons and/or property, due to and/or in connection with their participation in the promotion and/or in connection with the use and enjoyment and/or disposition of the prizes. b) Failures in the telephone network, internet connections, internet speed associated with the type of connection, failures in the postal services due to technical failures and/or human errors, typing errors and/or deliberate actions of third parties that may interrupt and/or alter and/or prevent and/or hinder the contact and/or communication with the participant and/or the development of the promotion for the purpose of proceeding with the process for the participation in the promotion, assignment and/or delivery of the prizes. c) The damages that the participants and/or third parties may suffer in their persons and/or property due to and/or on the occasion of their participation in the promotion and/or withdrawal and/or use and enjoyment of the prizes. d) The damages and/or losses that the Participant may suffer as a consequence of the exclusion of the Participant from the Promotion if caused by the non-compliance and/or compliance with the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions; -compliance. the timely and due fulfillment of the requirements of this Promotion for the effective participation, assignment and/or delivery of prizes; e) The Organizer's responsibility ends when the prize is delivered to a potential winner. As such, the Organizer cannot reimburse Participants for any costs and/or expenses incurred as a result of participating in the Promotion or for any other reason; f) Events whose occurrence depends on a third party, including those that prevent potential winners from enjoying the prize; g) consequential damages or damages.

6-FACULTIES OF THE ORGANIZER

In addition to those established throughout these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall have, at any time, the following powers, which the participants declare to accept, understand and acknowledge by their participation in the promotion: a) The right to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion when unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the Organizer arise and that the criteria itself justifies, without prior notice to the participants and without giving them any right to any claim whatsoever. b) The right to disqualify participants who are manipulating the promotion in any way and/or are suspected of manipulation, or who violate these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to the legal actions that the Organizer may initiate against those who incur in the behaviors described above. c) The right to modify, expand and/or clarify these Terms and Conditions and/or any of the procedures related to the promotion, before or during the development of the promotion. d) The right to unilaterally interpret these Terms and Conditions, a circumstance that the participants accept by the mere fact of participating in the promotion. e) The Organizer may disqualify, refuse to award the prize, revoke the award of the prize already made and/or take the necessary actions to prevent the use of the prize and/or demand its return, in relation to those participants who incur in (i) fraud, (ii) attempted fraud, (iii) bad faith or (iv) any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7- IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION

The Winners authorize the Organizer to use their names and images so that they appear in advertising and mass media in order to publicize the result or execution of the Promotion. The Winners authorize the Organizer to take photographs of the process in which the Prize is redeemed. The images may be of the act of awarding the Prize or of any other moment related to the Promotion. Such use may take place within the term of the Sweepstakes or once the Sweepstakes has concluded. The Organizer will not financially compensate or remunerate any of the Participants for the use of their image as detailed above. The Winners must sign an authorization by means of which they expressly authorize the use of their image as a condition for the delivery of the Prize.

8- RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES

Nothing in this promotion shall be construed as creating any relationship between the parties other than that which arises in the ordinary course of business. No participant or winner of the promotion, by virtue of being a participant, acquires the status of employee, representative or agent of the organizing or operating company. With the fulfillment of the obligations set forth in these regulations, the relationship between the parties shall terminate in its entirety.
