Promotion: “WINNING BET AT BETCRIS”

BETCRIS ECUADOR

This promotion is organized by Metrocentro S.A., with Tax ID No. 0990690537001, represented by Mr. Salomón Dumani Jiménez, in his capacity as General Manager and legal representative, with its registered office at 911 Vélez Street, between 6 de Marzo and Pedro Moncayo Streets, El Forum Building, Ground Floor, Unit 1; hereinafter, the “Organizer”.

This promotion is available exclusively to players who are registered and verified on the Betcris Ecuador platform and who comply with these Terms and Conditions, the House Rules, and other applicable internal policies.

1. Promotion Period

The “Winning Bet at Punto Betcris” promotion is valid from May 25, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until July 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., Ecuador time.

Only deposits made during the specified promotional period and at participating locations will be considered valid.

2. Participating locations

This promotion applies exclusively to deposits made at the following authorized locations:

Betcris Tirrena Quito, 6 de Diciembre Avenue and Pedro Ponce Carrasco. Tirrena Building, Suite #1

Betcris Mall del Sol, Mall del Sol Shopping Center

Deposits made at other locations, through digital channels, via bank transfers, using digital wallets, credit cards, at unauthorized locations, or through any other payment methods other than those specified in these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.

3. Participation

All players who fully meet the following requirements are eligible to participate:

• • Be of legal age, that is, be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be a legal resident of Ecuador.
  • Have an active, registered, and verified account with Betcris Ecuador.
  • Make eligible deposits at participating locations during the promotion period.
  • Make deposits of at least $50.
  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Be classified as recreational players, in accordance with Betcris's House Rules.

3.1 Exclusions

The following are expressly excluded from the promotion:

• • Players classified as VIP or Diamond.
  • Partners, employees, or contractors of the Organizer or Betcris.
  • Companies, agencies, or vendors that have been directly or indirectly involved in the design, implementation, or promotion of the campaign.
  • Relatives of the aforementioned collaborators, employees, contractors, agencies, or suppliers, up to the second degree of kinship by blood or marriage.
  • Players with accounts that have been suspended, closed, are under investigation, or are subject to any internal restrictions.
  • Players whose personal information is inconsistent or who fail to comply with the verification procedures required by the Organizer.
  • Players who violate the House Rules, Betcris’s internal policies, or these Terms and Conditions.

4. Recreational player status

This promotion is intended exclusively for casual players, defined as those who participate for personal entertainment.

The following individuals will be excluded based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria:

• • They exhibit professional, intensive, or systematic playing styles.
  • Use bots, automated software, arbitrage, collusion, or other improper practices.
  • Act on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes.
  • Use third-party accounts or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Violate the House Rules, promotional rules, or these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer will verify this condition, and no claims may be made in this regard.

5. Participation Mechanics

To participate in the promotion, the player must:

• • Log in to your registered and verified account on Betcris Ecuador.
  • Make one or more deposits at participating locations: Tirrena or Mall del Sol.
  • Make deposits of at least $50 during the promotion period.
  • Every valid deposit of at least $50 will earn you an entry into the drawing for the location where the deposit was made.

5.1 Accumulation of opportunities

For every individual deposit of at least $50, the player will receive one entry.

The more valid deposits you make, the more chances you have of winning.

$100 2 opportunities, whether this corresponds to two deposits of $60 or if the system allows opportunities to be split based on the cumulative amount

Deposits of less than $50 do not qualify for entry into the drawings.

5.2 Revenue Share by Location

Eligibility for participation will be determined based on the location where the player makes the deposit.

Players who make a deposit at Punto Betcris Tirrena will be eligible only for the prizes allocated to that location.

Players who make a deposit at the Betcris Mall del Sol location will be eligible only for the prizes allocated to that location.

6. Awards

A total of 4 prizes will be awarded during the campaign, distributed as follows:

• • 2 World Cup balls.
  • 2 Ecuadorian national soccer team jerseys.

Each location will have 2 prizes awarded during the promotion period:

• • Betcris Tirrena Prize: 1 World Cup soccer ball and 1 Ecuador national team jersey.
  • Betcris Mall del Sol Location: 1 World Cup soccer ball and 1 Ecuadorian national team jersey.

Each winner may receive only one prize during the entire promotion.

6.1 Prize Terms and Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prizes may not be exchanged for gift cards, store credit, account balances, or other benefits.

Balls and jerseys will be provided based on the availability of brand, model, size, design, and stock.

If any of the items are unavailable, the Organizer may provide a product of equivalent characteristics and value.

The Organizer will not cover any additional expenses not expressly included in these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes will be awarded only to verified winners, following confirmation of their identity and compliance with the eligibility requirements.

7. Draws and dates

The prizes will be awarded through two monthly drawings, with one prize awarded per location in each drawing.

In the first drawing, the following prizes will be awarded:

• • 1 World Cup soccer ball for a winner of the Punto Betcris Tirrena contest.
  • 1 World Cup soccer ball for a winner at Punto Betcris Mall del Sol.

In the second drawing, the following prizes will be awarded:

• • 1 Ecuador national team jersey for one winner of the Punto Betcris Tirrena contest.
  • 1 Ecuador national team jersey for one winner at Punto Betcris Mall del Sol.

The second drawing will take place after the campaign ends, in order to include all valid deposits made through July 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

 7.2 Considerations Regarding Prize Drawings

Each drawing will consider only valid entries generated during the corresponding period.

Opportunities will be assigned based on the location where the deposit was made.

Unwinning entries from the first drawing will not automatically carry over to the second drawing, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise in the final rules.

Each player may win only once during the entire promotion.

8. Selection of winners and award ceremony

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted during each period and for each location, using a random selection tool such as AppSorteos or another platform designated by the Organizer.

For each award, we recommend selecting:

• • 1 grand prize winner.
  • 2 alternate winners.

Alternates will be considered only if the primary winner does not meet the requirements, cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information within the specified time frame, or forfeits the right to the prize for any of the reasons set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

8.1 Contacting Winners

The Organizer will contact the winners using the contact information provided in their account, and may use:

• • Email, phone call, internal message, WhatsApp, or the inbox on official social media accounts, if applicable.
  • Up to three attempts will be made to contact you.
  • The winner must respond within 4 calendar days of the first contact.
  • If no response is received by the specified deadline, the prize may be awarded to the next alternate.

8.2 Verification of the winner

To receive the prize, the winner must:

• • Present a valid ID.
  • Please confirm that you reside in Ecuador.
  • Have an active and verified account with Betcris Ecuador.
  • Not be included in the promotion's exclusions.
  • To have correctly followed the established procedure.
  • Provide the necessary information to coordinate the award ceremony.

The Organizer may request the signing of a delivery receipt, proof of receipt, or any other document necessary to confirm the delivery of the prize.

8.3 Award Ceremony

The award ceremony will take place following coordination between the Organizer and each winner.

Any expenses not expressly included in the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

If the winner does not claim the prize, does not respond to the organizers, does not provide the requested information, or does not meet the established requirements, they will automatically forfeit their right to the prize.

In that case, the Organizer may award the prize to the next eligible alternate.

9. Deposit Verification

For the purposes of this promotion, only deposits that meet the following criteria will be considered valid:

• • They must take place at the participating locations: Tirrena and Mall del Sol.
  • Be equal to or greater than $50.
  • They must be properly credited to the player's Betcris account.
  • They must be within the promotion period.

They have not been reversed, voided, rejected, or reported as irregular.

The Organizer reserves the right to review, audit, and verify deposits before granting participation opportunities or prizes. 

10. Additional restrictions

The player will forfeit the right to participate or the prize if:

• • Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  • Attempts to manipulate, defraud, or abuse the promotion.
  • Provides false, incomplete, or incorrect information.
  • Use third-party accounts.
  • Use multiple accounts.
  • Process deposits that have been reversed, voided, rejected, or flagged as irregular.
  • This violates Betcris's Terms of Service.
  • Your account is subject to internal restrictions, suspensions, or pending investigations.
  • Engages in any action that, in the Organizer’s reasonable judgment, affects the transparency or proper conduct of the promotion.
  • Each player can win only once during the entire campaign.

11. Organizer's Liability

The Organizer is solely responsible for awarding the prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• • Damage or incidents resulting from the use of the prize.
  • Loss, damage, or misuse of the prize after it has been awarded.
  • Logistical delays attributable to third parties.

Errors in the information provided by the player.

We were unable to contact you due to outdated, incomplete, or incorrect contact information on your account.

Force majeure, unforeseeable events, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control that prevent the normal conduct of the promotion.

Participation implies express acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. Privacy Policy

In accordance with Ecuador’s Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the participant authorizes the Organizer to process their personal data for the following purposes:

• • Manage your participation in the promotion.
  • Verify compliance with requirements.
  • Contact the winners.
  • Coordinate the awards ceremony.
  • Publish the winner's name, player, city, or photo on official media channels, if they are selected as the winner.
  • Send out campaign-related communications.
  • The Organizer will process personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and its internal privacy policies.

13. Image usage

The winner authorizes the Organizer and Betcris Ecuador to use their name, likeness, voice, testimonial, city, or photographic record related to the award ceremony for promotional and campaign communication purposes for a period of up to one year, without this entitling the winner to any additional compensation.

14. Acceptance

Participation in the promotion constitutes full, express, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Any situation not covered in this document will be resolved by the Organizer in accordance with the principles of good faith, transparency, internal rules, and applicable regulations.

15. Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel these Terms and Conditions, without affecting any rights already acquired by participants.

Any changes will be communicated through Betcris Ecuador's official channels.
