PROMOCIÓN: EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZADOR:
El presente reglamento establece los términos y las condiciones que regirán la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. La persona que desee participar (en adelante “EL PARTICIPANTE”) reconoce y acepta que el desarrollo y ejecución de esta actividad promocional, con fines exclusivos de propaganda comercial, se sujetará exclusivamente a estos Términos y Condiciones.
Esta promoción la organiza exclusivamente Metrocentro S.A., con RUC No. 0990690537001, representada por el señor SALOMÓN DUMANI JIMÉNEZ, en su calidad de Gerente General y representante legal, domiciliada en Vélez 911 entre 6 de marzo y Pedro Moncayo, Edif. El Forum, PB, local 1 (en adelante, “LA ORGANIZADORA”). LA ORGANIZADORA es la única responsable de organizar la promoción y ofrecer los beneficios relacionados con la misma.
2.PLAZO DE VALIDEZ DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción aplica únicamente para Ecuador y estará activa desde el 1 de junio de 2026 a las 00:00 horas hasta el 30 de junio de 2026 a las 23:59 horas (Hora local).
3.RESTRICCIÓN: La presente promoción está dirigida exclusivamente a jugadores recreativos, entendidos como aquellos participantes que juegan en la plataforma con fines de entretenimiento personal y no como una actividad profesional, sistemática o con fines predominantemente lucrativos.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de determinar, a su sola discreción y con base en criterios objetivos, técnicos y verificables, la elegibilidad de los participantes conforme a las Reglas de la Casa y a los registros de actividad de la plataforma.
4.MONTO DE DEPÓSITO: Por cada depósito individual de USD$50 o más realizado en el sitio oficial www.betcris.com, a través de cualquier método de pago habilitado y/o en agencias debidamente autorizadas, el PARTICIPANTE recibirá una (1) oportunidad para participar en el sorteo.
Se aclara expresamente que los depósitos no son acumulativos; es decir, no se sumarán varios depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
Ejemplo: Si un PARTICIPANTE realiza un depósito de USD$100 (cien dólares) recibirá dos (2) oportunidades. De igual forma, cada depósito adicional que cumpla con el monto mínimo generará las acciones correspondientes de manera independiente.
Los depósitos individuales por montos inferiores a USD$50 (cincuenta dólares) no otorgarán oportunidades y no serán combinables con otros depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
No existe límite en la cantidad de oportunidades que un participante puede obtener durante la vigencia de la promoción, siempre que cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Para participar en la promoción, el participante deberá seleccionar el código promocional FUTBOL al momento de realizar su depósito, ya sea a través del cajero en línea o en una agencia física. En caso de que el depósito se realice en efectivo, el participante deberá solicitar al cajero la aplicación del código promocional al momento de efectuar la transacción. Si el código promocional no es ingresado o aplicado durante el proceso de depósito, dicho depósito no será considerado válido para efectos de la promoción.
Los métodos de pago aplicables estarán sujetos a las condiciones, restricciones y regulaciones propias de cada uno de los métodos vigentes en Ecuador al momento de la transacción.
Mecánica de Acumulación – clientes Diamante y VIP (Programa de Lealtad)
Para efectos de la presente promoción, los clientes pertenecientes a los segmentos Diamantes y VIP serán elegibles para un esquema de acumulación diferenciada de acciones. En este sentido, los depósitos realizados por montos iguales o superiores a USD$2,000 e inferiores a USD$3,000 generarán el doble (2x) de acciones, mientras que los depósitos iguales o superiores a USD$3,000 generarán el triple (3x) de acciones. La aplicación de este beneficio estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Betcris se reserva el derecho de realizar cualquier modificación, ajuste o restricción en la asignación de dichos beneficios, en función del comportamiento del cliente.
Asignación de Categoría Diamante al realizar un primer depósito de USD$1,000 o superior:
Aquellos clientes cuyo monto de depósito inicial sea igual o superior a USD$1,000 pasarán a la categoría Diamante dentro de un plazo máximo de 24 horas, adquiriendo los beneficios correspondientes al nivel Diamante de nuestro programa de Lealtad.
En caso de detectarse actividades inusuales, irregulares o que puedan considerarse como comportamiento anómalo, Betcris podrá revisar, limitar o cancelar los beneficios otorgados, sin previo aviso.
Asimismo, todas las cuentas elegibles estarán sujetas a análisis y validaciones posteriores por parte de Betcris, como condición para optar y mantener los beneficios correspondientes.
5.FECHA DEL SORTEO: El sorteo correspondiente a la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” se llevará a cabo el lunes 1 de julio de 2026.
La selección de los ganadores se realizará a través de la plataforma AppSorteos, garantizando un proceso aleatorio y transparente. Por cada ganador principal se designará un suplente, quien será contactado únicamente en caso de que el ganador principal no responda o no pueda ser validado. De ser necesario, se continuará con los ganadores suplentes de forma sucesiva hasta confirmar un ganador válido.
6.COMUNICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: LA ORGANIZADORA contactará al ganador utilizando la información registrada en su cuenta, mediante llamada telefónica y/o correo electrónico enviado al correo asociado a la cuenta y/o mensajes dirigidos al número telefónico asociado a la cuenta, según corresponda y la disponibilidad de los canales.
LA ORGANIZADORA realizará hasta tres (3) intentos de contacto telefónico utilizando la información registrada por el participante. En caso de no lograr establecer contacto luego de dichos intentos, el participante perderá su condición de ganador y el premio podrá ser reasignado conforme a los procedimientos definidos por LA ORGANIZADORA, sin derecho a reclamo posterior.
Una vez que el ganador responda y se confirme el contacto efectivo, LA ORGANIZADORA enviará la notificación correspondiente a través de correo electrónico y/o mensaje directo (Inbox), siempre que el participante tenga habilitada la recepción de comunicaciones promocionales.
Tras la notificación telefónica de su condición de ganador, el participante deberá enviar un documento de identidad válido para fines de verificación dentro de un plazo máximo de doce (12) horas contadas a partir de dicha comunicación. Una vez verificada la identidad del ganador, las entradas digitales serán enviadas al correo electrónico registrado por el ganador.
Será responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador proporcionar correctamente su dirección de correo electrónico y verificar la recepción del premio. LA ORGANIZADORA no será responsable por errores en la dirección de correo electrónico proporcionada por el ganador, ni por fallas atribuibles a servicios de correo electrónico, filtros de spam o cualquier otra circunstancia fuera de su control.
7.PREMIOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Los participantes que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en los presentes Términos y Condiciones participarán en el sorteo de un (1) paquete de viaje, consistente en una entrada doble para asistir a la Gran Final del Torneo “Mueve al Mundo”, destinada al ganador y un (1) acompañante.
El ganador y su acompañante serán los únicos responsables de gestionar y contar con toda la documentación requerida para realizar el viaje y disfrutar del premio, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, pasaportes vigentes, visados, permisos migratorios y cualquier otro requisito exigido por las autoridades competentes.
En caso de que el ganador o su acompañante no cumplan con dichos requisitos, LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar al ganador y disponer del premio para la selección de un nuevo ganador mediante sorteo aleatorio.
Cada paquete incluye:
- Entrada doble (ganador + acompañante).
- Hospedaje*.
- Transporte aéreo*.
*La inclusión de hospedaje y/o transporte aéreo estará sujeta al país de residencia o ubicación geográfica del ganador, así como a criterios logísticos, operativos y de disponibilidad determinados exclusivamente por LA ORGANIZADORA.
Betcris opera en otros países, en donde también estará la promoción vigente, de acuerdo con la jurisdicción de cada uno, por lo que el premio será distribuido entre estos países, los cuales son: Ecuador, República Dominicana, Perú, México, Nicaragua, Guatemala y Honduras.
El Premio No Incluye:
- Visas de viaje o permisos migratorios requeridos
- Gastos incidentales de hotel
- Gastos fuera del itinerario programado
- Cualquier gasto no especificado en el paquete
- Cualquier impuesto, tasa o contribución aplicable relacionada con la participación o el canje del premio
Los participantes que obtengan participaciones durante esta fase quedarán automáticamente incluidos en la Fase 3 correspondiente al sorteo del premio en efectivo (premio de consolación) que a continuación se detalla.
PREMIO EN EFECTIVO (PREMIO DE CONSOLACIÓN) Todos los participantes que cumplan las condiciones descritas en el apartado cuarto anterior podrán participar por un total de USD$21,000 dividido en cuarenta y nueve (49) premios en efectivo.
Este premio corresponde exclusivamente a una oportunidad de consolación y no sustituye el premio principal.
El sorteo correspondiente a los premios en efectivo de consolación se llevará a cabo el lunes 20 de julio de 2026 y será distribuido de la siguiente manera.

LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de interpretar los presentes Términos y Condiciones y resolver cualquier situación no prevista.
8.COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS PROMOCIONES: La presente promoción podrá ser combinada con otras promociones vigentes ofrecidas por LA ORGANIZADORA, siempre que dichas promociones así lo permitan conforme a sus respectivos Términos y Condiciones.
La participación y elegibilidad a los premios en efectivo asociados a la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE podrá acumularse a lo largo de todas las fases o etapas de la promoción, considerando las participaciones obtenidas durante su período de vigencia.
La entrega de los premios en efectivo se realizará una vez finalizada la totalidad de la promoción, en la fecha establecida por LA ORGANIZADORA para el sorteo correspondiente, conforme a los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
9.ACEPTACIÓN DE TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES: Al participar en la promoción, los participantes aceptan íntegramente estos Términos y Condiciones e indican su acuerdo total e incondicional con (a) estas Reglas Oficiales y (b) las decisiones de LA ORGANIZADORA, que son definitivas y vinculantes.
10.LIMITACIONES PARA PARTICIPAR: Cada participante podrá obtener múltiples participaciones en la promoción conforme a los depósitos realizados que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. No obstante, se permitirá únicamente una cuenta por persona. LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier participante que utilice múltiples cuentas, identidades, direcciones IP, dispositivos o cualquier otro método con el fin de alterar el normal desarrollo de la promoción o incumplir estos Términos y Condiciones.
11.RESERVAS A FAVOR DE LA ORGANIZADORA: LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de modificar, extender o cancelar esta promoción en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
12.TERRITORIO Y EDAD MÍNIMA VÁLIDOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción está disponible únicamente para personas mayores de dieciocho (18) años y es exclusiva para el territorio de Ecuador.
13.REGLAS ADICIONALES: Aplican todas las Reglas de la Casa.
14.LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE: La promoción se regirá por las leyes vigentes de Ecuador y serán competentes las autoridades correspondientes en Ecuador, conforme a derecho.
15LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA ORGANIZADORA: Al participar en el sorteo, el participante acepta, libera y exime de responsabilidad a LA ORGANIZADORA, su empresa matriz, subsidiarias, filiales y sus respectivos directivos, consejeros, personal y representantes (las “Partes Exoneradas”) de cualquier reclamación o causa de acción que surja de la participación en el Sorteo o la recepción o uso de cualquier premio.
16.USO DE DATOS E IMAGEN: Al participar, los participantes otorgan a LA ORGANIZADORA una autorización expresa y gratuita, salvo manifestación en contrario del propio participante, para utilizar su nombre, imagen y voz con fines publicitarios, promocionales o comerciales vinculados directa o indirectamente con esta Actividad, o en cualquier otra campaña, comunicación o material de promoción de LA ORGANIZADORA, conforme a la normativa aplicable.
Adicionalmente, los ganadores se comprometen a proporcionar a LA ORGANIZADORA material audiovisual, incluyendo fotografías y/o videos, en los que se documente su experiencia en el marco de la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE”. Dicho material podrá ser utilizado por LA ORGANIZADORA para los fines previamente descritos.
Esta autorización incluye el uso en medios impresos, digitales, audiovisuales, redes sociales, materiales internos y cualquier otro canal de difusión que LA ORGANIZADORA considere pertinente, por un período máximo de un (1) año posterior a la finalización de la promoción.
El participante podrá revocar esta autorización en cualquier momento, mediante comunicación escrita dirigida a LA ORGANIZADORA, acompañada de una copia de su documento de identidad, sin perjuicio de los usos realizados con anterioridad a la fecha de recepción de dicha notificación.

8.COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS PROMOCIONES: La presente promoción podrá ser combinada con otras promociones vigentes ofrecidas por LA ORGANIZADORA, siempre que dichas promociones así lo permitan conforme a sus respectivos Términos y Condiciones.
La participación y elegibilidad a los premios en efectivo asociados a la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE podrá acumularse a lo largo de todas las fases o etapas de la promoción, considerando las participaciones obtenidas durante su período de vigencia.
La entrega de los premios en efectivo se realizará una vez finalizada la totalidad de la promoción, en la fecha establecida por LA ORGANIZADORA para el sorteo correspondiente, conforme a los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
9.ACEPTACIÓN DE TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES: Al participar en la promoción, los participantes aceptan íntegramente estos Términos y Condiciones e indican su acuerdo total e incondicional con (a) estas Reglas Oficiales y (b) las decisiones de LA ORGANIZADORA, que son definitivas y vinculantes.
10.LIMITACIONES PARA PARTICIPAR: Cada participante podrá obtener múltiples participaciones en la promoción conforme a los depósitos realizados que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. Esta autorización incluye el uso en medios impresos, digitales, audiovisuales, redes sociales, materiales internos y cualquier otro canal de difusión que LA ORGANIZADORA considere pertinente, por un período máximo de un (1) año posterior a la finalización de la promoción.
El participante podrá revocar esta autorización en cualquier momento, mediante comunicación escrita dirigida a LA ORGANIZADORA, acompañada de una copia de su documento de identidad, sin perjuicio de los usos realizados con anterioridad a la fecha de recepción de dicha notificación.

PROMOCIÓN EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZADOR:
El presente reglamento establece los términos y las condiciones que regirán la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. La persona que desee participar (en adelante “EL PARTICIPANTE”) reconoce y acepta que el desarrollo y ejecución de esta actividad promocional, con fines exclusivos de propaganda comercial, se sujetará exclusivamente a estos Términos y Condiciones.
Esta promoción la organiza exclusivamente V.I.P. CLUB, SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, la cual es una sociedad mercantil debidamente constituida y existente de conformidad con las leyes de la República de Honduras, en términos de la Escritura Pública número 59 de fecha de 08 de octubre del 2020, otorgada ante la fe del licenciado Fernando Alberto Godoy, e inscrita ante el libro de Comerciantes Sociales del Registro Mercantil de Francisco Morazán, representada por Oscar Armando Reyes Baquis en su carácter de APODERADO. Su domicilio se localiza en Edificio Torre Agalta, Piso 17 Local 1714, Boulevard Morazán (en lo adelante también como “LA ORGANIZADORA o BETCRIS”). LA ORGANIZADORA es la única y exclusiva responsable por organizar la promoción y ofrecer los beneficios relacionados con la promoción.
2.PLAZO DE VALIDEZ DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción aplica únicamente para Honduras y estará activa desde el 1 de junio de 2026 a las 00:00 horas hasta el 30 de junio de 2026 a las 23:59 horas (Hora local).
3.RESTRICCIÓN: La presente promoción está dirigida exclusivamente a jugadores recreativos, entendidos como aquellos participantes que juegan en la plataforma con fines de entretenimiento personal y no como una actividad profesional, sistemática o con fines predominantemente lucrativos.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de determinar, a su sola discreción y con base en criterios objetivos, técnicos y verificables, la elegibilidad de los participantes conforme a las Reglas de la Casa y a los registros de actividad de la plataforma.
4.MONTO DE DEPÓSITO: Por cada depósito individual de L.1,350 (mil trescientos cincuenta lempiras) o más realizado en el sitio oficial www.betcris.com, a través de cualquier método de pago habilitado y/o en agencias debidamente autorizadas, el PARTICIPANTE recibirá una (1) acción para participar en el sorteo.
Se aclara expresamente que los depósitos no son acumulativos; es decir, no se sumarán varios depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
Ejemplo: Si un PARTICIPANTE realiza un depósito de L.3,000 recibirá dos (2) acciones. De igual forma, cada depósito adicional que cumpla con el monto mínimo generará las acciones correspondientes de manera independiente.

Para participar en la promoción, el participante deberá seleccionar el código promocional FUTBOL al momento de realizar su depósito, ya sea a través del cajero en línea o en una agencia física. En caso de que el depósito se realice en efectivo, el participante deberá solicitar al cajero la aplicación del código promocional al momento de efectuar la transacción. Si el código promocional no es ingresado o aplicado durante el proceso de depósito, dicho depósito no será considerado válido para efectos de la promoción.
Los métodos de pago aplicables estarán sujetos a las condiciones, restricciones y regulaciones propias de cada uno de los métodos vigentes en Honduras al momento de la transacción.
Mecánica de Acumulación – clientes Diamante y VIP (Programa de Lealtad)
Para efectos de la presente promoción, los clientes pertenecientes a los segmentos Diamantes y VIP serán elegibles para un esquema de acumulación diferenciada de acciones. En este sentido, los depósitos realizados por montos iguales o superiores a L.53,500 e inferiores a L.80,000 generarán el doble (2x) de acciones, mientras que los depósitos iguales o superiores a L.80,000 generarán el triple (3x) de acciones. La aplicación de este beneficio estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Betcris se reserva el derecho de realizar cualquier modificación, ajuste o restricción en la asignación de dichos beneficios, en función del comportamiento del cliente.
Asignación de Categoría Diamante al realizar un primer depósito de L.27,000 o superior:
Aquellos clientes cuyo monto de depósito inicial sea igual o superior a L.27,000 pasarán a la categoría Diamante dentro de un plazo máximo de 24 horas, adquiriendo los beneficios correspondientes al nivel Diamante de nuestro programa de Lealtad.
En caso de detectarse actividades inusuales, irregulares o que puedan considerarse como comportamiento anómalo, Betcris podrá revisar, limitar o cancelar los beneficios otorgados, sin previo aviso.
Asimismo, todas las cuentas elegibles estarán sujetas a análisis y validaciones posteriores por parte de Betcris, como condición para optar y mantener los beneficios correspondientes.
5.FECHA DEL SORTEO: El sorteo correspondiente a la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” se llevará a cabo el lunes 1 de julio de 2026.
La selección de los ganadores se realizará a través de la plataforma AppSorteos, garantizando un proceso aleatorio y transparente. Por cada ganador principal se designará un suplente, quien será contactado únicamente en caso de que el ganador principal no responda o no pueda ser validado. De ser necesario, se continuará con los ganadores suplentes de forma sucesiva hasta confirmar un ganador válido.
6.COMUNICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: LA ORGANIZADORA contactará al ganador utilizando la información registrada en su cuenta, mediante llamada telefónica y/o correo electrónico enviado al correo asociado a la cuenta y/o mensajes dirigidos al número telefónico asociado a la cuenta, según corresponda y la disponibilidad de los canales.
LA ORGANIZADORA realizará hasta tres (3) intentos de contacto telefónico utilizando la información registrada por el participante. En caso de no lograr establecer contacto luego de dichos intentos, el participante perderá su condición de ganador y el premio podrá ser reasignado conforme a los procedimientos definidos por LA ORGANIZADORA, sin derecho a reclamo posterior.
Una vez que el ganador responda y se confirme el contacto efectivo, LA ORGANIZADORA enviará la notificación correspondiente a través de correo electrónico y/o mensaje directo (Inbox), siempre que el participante tenga habilitada la recepción de comunicaciones promocionales.
Tras la notificación telefónica de su condición de ganador, el participante deberá enviar un documento de identidad válido para fines de verificación dentro de un plazo máximo de doce (12) horas contadas a partir de dicha comunicación. Una vez verificada la identidad del ganador, las entradas digitales serán enviadas al correo electrónico registrado por el ganador.

7.PREMIOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Los participantes que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en los presentes Términos y Condiciones participarán en el sorteo de un (1) paquete de viaje, consistente en una entrada doble para asistir a la Gran Final del Torneo “Mueve al Mundo”, destinada al ganador y un (1) acompañante.
El ganador y su acompañante serán los únicos responsables de gestionar y contar con toda la documentación requerida para realizar el viaje y disfrutar del premio, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, pasaportes vigentes, visados, permisos migratorios y cualquier otro requisito exigido por las autoridades competentes.

El Premio No Incluye:

1.ORGANIZADOR:
El presente reglamento establece los términos y las condiciones que regirán la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE 2. La persona que desee participar (en adelante “EL PARTICIPANTE”) reconoce y acepta que el desarrollo y ejecución de esta actividad promocional, con fines exclusivos de propaganda comercial, se sujetará exclusivamente a estos Términos y Condiciones.
La Promoción es organizada por TV GLOBAL ENTERPRISES LTD, sociedad constituida y existente conforme a las leyes de MALTA, con número de registro C – 44378, domiciliada en Msida Court, 61, First Floor, Msida Seafront, Malta, MSD9043, cuyo objeto principal incluye el ofrecimiento de una plataforma en línea segura y legal para las apuestas deportivas, a través de canales tradicionales e innovadores (“La Organizadora”). LA ORGANIZADORA realizará hasta tres (3) intentos de contacto telefónico utilizando la información registrada por el participante. En caso de no lograr establecer contacto luego de dichos intentos, el participante perderá su condición de ganador y el premio podrá ser reasignado conforme a los procedimientos definidos por LA ORGANIZADORA, sin derecho a reclamo posterior.
Una vez que el ganador responda y se confirme el contacto efectivo, LA ORGANIZADORA enviará la notificación correspondiente a través de correo electrónico y/o mensaje directo (Inbox), siempre que el participante tenga habilitada la recepción de comunicaciones promocionales.

7.PREMIOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Los participantes que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en los presentes Términos y Condiciones participarán en el sorteo de un (1) paquete de viaje, consistente en una entrada doble para asistir a la Gran Final del Torneo “Mueve al Mundo”, destinada al ganador y un (1) acompañante.
El ganador y su acompañante serán los únicos responsables de gestionar y contar con toda la documentación requerida para realizar el viaje y disfrutar del premio, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, pasaportes vigentes, visados, permisos migratorios y cualquier otro requisito exigido por las autoridades competentes.

1.ORGANIZER:
These regulations establish the terms and conditions governing the promotion EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is organized exclusively by Metrocentro S.A., with RUC No. 0990690537001, represented by Mr. SALOMÓN DUMANI JIMÉNEZ, in his capacity as General Manager and legal representative, domiciled at Vélez 911 between 6 de Marzo and Pedro Moncayo, Edif. El Forum, PB, Local 1 (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZER”). THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related thereto.
2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Ecuador and will be valid rom June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.

In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than USD$2,000 and less than USD$3,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than USD$3,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. The application of this benefit will be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of USD$1,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than USD$1,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.

For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.

The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fails to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.
Each package includes:

8.COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS: This promotion may be combined with other active promotions offered by THE ORGANIZER, provided that such promotions allow it in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.
Participation and eligibility for the cash prizes associated with the promotion ” EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” may accumulate throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, considering the entries obtained during its validity period.
The cash prizes will be awarded once the entire promotion has concluded, on the date established by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding drawing, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their total and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.
10.PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS: Each participant may obtain multiple entries in the promotion based on qualifying deposits that meet the established requirements. However, only one account per person will be permitted. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities, IP addresses, devices, or any other method intended to alter the normal operation of the promotion or to breach these Terms and Conditions.
11.ORGANIZER RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
12.VALID TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE: This promotion is available only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older and is exclusively valid within the territory of Nicaragua.
13.ADDITIONAL RULES: All House Rules apply.
14.GOVERNING LAW: This promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in Nicaragua, and the competent authorities of Nicaragua shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.
15.RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the drawing, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the drawing or the receipt or use of any prize.
16.USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER an express and royalty-free authorization, unless otherwise stated by the participant, to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Additionally, winners agree to provide THE ORGANIZER with audiovisual material, including photographs and/or videos documenting their experience within the framework of the promotion “THE FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US.” Such material may be used by THE ORGANIZER for the purposes previously described.
This authorization includes use in printed, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other distribution channel deemed appropriate by THE ORGANIZER, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the end of the promotion.
Participants may revoke this authorization at any time by written communication addressed to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identification document, without affecting any uses made prior to receipt of such notification.

PROMOCIÓN EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZADOR:
El presente reglamento establece los términos y las condiciones que regirán la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. La persona que desee participar (en adelante “EL PARTICIPANTE”) reconoce y acepta que el desarrollo y ejecución de esta actividad promocional, con fines exclusivos de propaganda comercial, se sujetará exclusivamente a estos Términos y Condiciones.
Esta promoción la organiza exclusivamente V.I.P. CLUB, SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, la cual es una sociedad mercantil debidamente constituida y existente de conformidad con las leyes de la República de Honduras, en términos de la Escritura Pública número 59 de fecha de 08 de octubre del 2020, otorgada ante la fe del licenciado Fernando Alberto Godoy, e inscrita ante el libro de Comerciantes Sociales del Registro Mercantil de Francisco Morazán, representada por Oscar Armando Reyes Baquis en su carácter de APODERADO. Su domicilio se localiza en Edificio Torre Agalta, Piso 17 Local 1714, Boulevard Morazán (en lo adelante también como “LA ORGANIZADORA o BETCRIS”). LA ORGANIZADORA es la única y exclusiva responsable por organizar la promoción y ofrecer los beneficios relacionados con la promoción.
2.PLAZO DE VALIDEZ DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción aplica únicamente para Honduras y estará activa desde el 1 de junio de 2026 a las 00:00 horas hasta el 30 de junio de 2026 a las 23:59 horas (Hora local).
3.RESTRICCIÓN: La presente promoción está dirigida exclusivamente a jugadores recreativos, entendidos como aquellos participantes que juegan en la plataforma con fines de entretenimiento personal y no como una actividad profesional, sistemática o con fines predominantemente lucrativos.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de determinar, a su sola discreción y con base en criterios objetivos, técnicos y verificables, la elegibilidad de los participantes conforme a las Reglas de la Casa y a los registros de actividad de la plataforma.
4.MONTO DE DEPÓSITO: Por cada depósito individual de L.1,350 (mil trescientos cincuenta lempiras) o más realizado en el sitio oficial www.betcris.com, a través de cualquier método de pago habilitado y/o en agencias debidamente autorizadas, el PARTICIPANTE recibirá una (1) acción para participar en el sorteo.
Se aclara expresamente que los depósitos no son acumulativos; es decir, no se sumarán varios depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
Ejemplo: Si un PARTICIPANTE realiza un depósito de L.3,000 recibirá dos (2) acciones. De igual forma, cada depósito adicional que cumpla con el monto mínimo generará las acciones correspondientes de manera independiente.
Los depósitos individuales por montos inferiores a L.1,350 (mil trescientos cincuenta lempiras) no otorgarán acciones y no serán combinables con otros depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
No existe límite en la cantidad de acciones que un participante puede obtener durante la vigencia de la promoción, siempre que cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Para participar en la promoción, el participante deberá seleccionar el código promocional FUTBOL al momento de realizar su depósito, ya sea a través del cajero en línea o en una agencia física. En caso de que el depósito se realice en efectivo, el participante deberá solicitar al cajero la aplicación del código promocional al momento de efectuar la transacción. Si el código promocional no es ingresado o aplicado durante el proceso de depósito, dicho depósito no será considerado válido para efectos de la promoción.
Los métodos de pago aplicables estarán sujetos a las condiciones, restricciones y regulaciones propias de cada uno de los métodos vigentes en Honduras al momento de la transacción.
Mecánica de Acumulación – clientes Diamante y VIP (Programa de Lealtad)
Para efectos de la presente promoción, los clientes pertenecientes a los segmentos Diamantes y VIP serán elegibles para un esquema de acumulación diferenciada de acciones. En este sentido, los depósitos realizados por montos iguales o superiores a L.53,500 e inferiores a L.80,000 generarán el doble (2x) de acciones, mientras que los depósitos iguales o superiores a L.80,000 generarán el triple (3x) de acciones. La aplicación de este beneficio estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Betcris se reserva el derecho de realizar cualquier modificación, ajuste o restricción en la asignación de dichos beneficios, en función del comportamiento del cliente.
Asignación de Categoría Diamante al realizar un primer depósito de L.27,000 o superior:
Aquellos clientes cuyo monto de depósito inicial sea igual o superior a L.27,000 pasarán a la categoría Diamante dentro de un plazo máximo de 24 horas, adquiriendo los beneficios correspondientes al nivel Diamante de nuestro programa de Lealtad.
En caso de detectarse actividades inusuales, irregulares o que puedan considerarse como comportamiento anómalo, Betcris podrá revisar, limitar o cancelar los beneficios otorgados, sin previo aviso.
Asimismo, todas las cuentas elegibles estarán sujetas a análisis y validaciones posteriores por parte de Betcris, como condición para optar y mantener los beneficios correspondientes.
5.FECHA DEL SORTEO: El sorteo correspondiente a la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” se llevará a cabo el lunes 1 de julio de 2026.
La selección de los ganadores se realizará a través de la plataforma AppSorteos, garantizando un proceso aleatorio y transparente. Por cada ganador principal se designará un suplente, quien será contactado únicamente en caso de que el ganador principal no responda o no pueda ser validado. De ser necesario, se continuará con los ganadores suplentes de forma sucesiva hasta confirmar un ganador válido.
6.COMUNICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: LA ORGANIZADORA contactará al ganador utilizando la información registrada en su cuenta, mediante llamada telefónica y/o correo electrónico enviado al correo asociado a la cuenta y/o mensajes dirigidos al número telefónico asociado a la cuenta, según corresponda y la disponibilidad de los canales.
LA ORGANIZADORA realizará hasta tres (3) intentos de contacto telefónico utilizando la información registrada por el participante. En caso de no lograr establecer contacto luego de dichos intentos, el participante perderá su condición de ganador y el premio podrá ser reasignado conforme a los procedimientos definidos por LA ORGANIZADORA, sin derecho a reclamo posterior.
Una vez que el ganador responda y se confirme el contacto efectivo, LA ORGANIZADORA enviará la notificación correspondiente a través de correo electrónico y/o mensaje directo (Inbox), siempre que el participante tenga habilitada la recepción de comunicaciones promocionales.
Tras la notificación telefónica de su condición de ganador, el participante deberá enviar un documento de identidad válido para fines de verificación dentro de un plazo máximo de doce (12) horas contadas a partir de dicha comunicación. Una vez verificada la identidad del ganador, las entradas digitales serán enviadas al correo electrónico registrado por el ganador.
Será responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador proporcionar correctamente su dirección de correo electrónico y verificar la recepción del premio. LA ORGANIZADORA no será responsable por errores en la dirección de correo electrónico proporcionada por el ganador, ni por fallas atribuibles a servicios de correo electrónico, filtros de spam o cualquier otra circunstancia fuera de su control.
7.PREMIOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Los participantes que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en los presentes Términos y Condiciones participarán en el sorteo de un (1) paquete de viaje, consistente en una entrada doble para asistir a la Gran Final del Torneo “Mueve al Mundo”, destinada al ganador y un (1) acompañante.
El ganador y su acompañante serán los únicos responsables de gestionar y contar con toda la documentación requerida para realizar el viaje y disfrutar del premio, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, pasaportes vigentes, visados, permisos migratorios y cualquier otro requisito exigido por las autoridades competentes.
En caso de que el ganador o su acompañante no cumplan con dichos requisitos, LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar al ganador y disponer del premio para la selección de un nuevo ganador mediante sorteo aleatorio.
Cada paquete incluye:
- Entrada doble (ganador + acompañante).
- Hospedaje*.
- Transporte aéreo*.
- No incluye seguro de viaje
*La inclusión de hospedaje y/o transporte aéreo estará sujeta al país de residencia o ubicación geográfica del ganador, así como a criterios logísticos, operativos y de disponibilidad determinados exclusivamente por LA ORGANIZADORA.
Betcris opera en otros países, en donde también estará la promoción vigente, de acuerdo con la jurisdicción de cada uno, por lo que el premio será distribuido entre estos países, los cuales son: Ecuador, República Dominicana, Perú, México, Nicaragua, Guatemala y Honduras.
El Premio No Incluye:
- Visas de viaje o permisos migratorios requeridos
- Gastos incidentales de hotel
- Gastos fuera del itinerario programado
- Cualquier gasto no especificado en el paquete
- Cualquier impuesto, tasa o contribución aplicable relacionada con la participación o el canje del premio
Los participantes que obtengan participaciones durante esta fase quedarán automáticamente incluidos en la Fase 3 correspondiente al sorteo del premio en efectivo (premio de consolación) que a continuación se detalla.
PREMIO EN EFECTIVO (PREMIO DE CONSOLACIÓN) Todos los participantes que cumplan las condiciones descritas en el apartado cuarto anterior podrán participar por un total L.79,890 dividido en siete (7) premios en efectivo.
Este premio corresponde exclusivamente a una oportunidad de consolación y no sustituye el premio principal.
El sorteo correspondiente a los premios en efectivo de consolación se llevará a cabo el lunes 20 de julio de 2026 y será distribuido de la siguiente manera:

Los ganadores de los premios en efectivo deberán reclamar y completar el proceso de validación y aceptación del premio a más tardar el 31 de julio de 2026.
En caso de que algún ganador no complete dicho proceso dentro del plazo indicado, perderá automáticamente el derecho al premio en efectivo, sin que ello genere derecho a reclamo, compensación o indemnización alguna, pudiendo LA ORGANIZADORA disponer libremente del premio conforme a sus políticas internas y a la normativa aplicable.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de interpretar los presentes Términos y Condiciones y resolver cualquier situación no prevista.
8.COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS PROMOCIONES: La presente promoción podrá ser combinada con otras promociones vigentes ofrecidas por LA ORGANIZADORA, siempre que dichas promociones así lo permitan conforme a sus respectivos Términos y Condiciones.
La participación y elegibilidad a los premios en efectivo asociados a la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE podrá acumularse a lo largo de todas las fases o etapas de la promoción, considerando las participaciones obtenidas durante su período de vigencia.
La entrega de los premios en efectivo se realizará una vez finalizada la totalidad de la promoción, en la fecha establecida por LA ORGANIZADORA para el sorteo correspondiente, conforme a los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
9.ACEPTACIÓN DE TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES: Al participar en la promoción, los participantes aceptan íntegramente estos Términos y Condiciones e indican su acuerdo total e incondicional con (a) estas Reglas Oficiales y (b) las decisiones de LA ORGANIZADORA, que son definitivas y vinculantes.
10.LIMITACIONES PARA PARTICIPAR: Cada participante podrá obtener múltiples participaciones en la promoción conforme a los depósitos realizados que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. No obstante, se permitirá únicamente una cuenta por persona. LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier participante que utilice múltiples cuentas, identidades, direcciones IP, dispositivos o cualquier otro método con el fin de alterar el normal desarrollo de la promoción o incumplir estos Términos y Condiciones.
11.RESERVAS A FAVOR DE LA ORGANIZADORA: LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de modificar, extender o cancelar esta promoción en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
12.TERRITORIO Y EDAD MÍNIMA VÁLIDOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción está disponible únicamente para personas mayores de veintiún (21) años y es exclusiva para el territorio de Honduras.
13.REGLAS ADICIONALES: Aplican todas las Reglas de la Casa.
14.LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE: La promoción se regirá por las leyes vigentes de Honduras y serán competentes las autoridades correspondientes en Honduras, conforme a derecho.
15.LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA ORGANIZADORA: Al participar en el sorteo, el participante acepta, libera y exime de responsabilidad a LA ORGANIZADORA, su empresa matriz, subsidiarias, filiales y sus respectivos directivos, consejeros, personal y representantes (las “Partes Exoneradas”) de cualquier reclamación o causa de acción que surja de la participación en el Sorteo o la recepción o uso de cualquier premio.
16.USO DE DATOS E IMAGEN: Al participar, los participantes otorgan a LA ORGANIZADORA una autorización expresa y gratuita, salvo manifestación en contrario del propio participante, para utilizar su nombre, imagen y voz con fines publicitarios, promocionales o comerciales vinculados directa o indirectamente con esta Actividad, o en cualquier otra campaña, comunicación o material de promoción de LA ORGANIZADORA, conforme a la normativa aplicable.
Adicionalmente, los ganadores se comprometen a proporcionar a LA ORGANIZADORA material audiovisual, incluyendo fotografías y/o videos, en los que se documente su experiencia en el marco de la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE”. Dicho material podrá ser utilizado por LA ORGANIZADORA para los fines previamente descritos.
Esta autorización incluye el uso en medios impresos, digitales, audiovisuales, redes sociales, materiales internos y cualquier otro canal de difusión que LA ORGANIZADORA considere pertinente, por un período máximo de un (1) año posterior a la finalización de la promoción.
El participante podrá revocar esta autorización en cualquier momento, mediante comunicación escrita dirigida a LA ORGANIZADORA, acompañada de una copia de su documento de identidad, sin perjuicio de los usos realizados con anterioridad a la fecha de recepción de dicha notificación.

1.ORGANIZER:
These regulations establish the terms and conditions governing the promotion EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is exclusively organized by V.I.P. CLUB, SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, which is a commercial company duly incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Honduras, pursuant to Public Deed number 59 dated October 08, 2020, executed before Licenciado Fernando Alberto Godoy, and registered in the book of Commercial Merchants of the Mercantile Registry of Francisco Morazán, represented by Oscar Armando Reyes Baquis in his capacity as ATTORNEY-IN-FACT. Its domicile is located at Edificio Torre Agalta, Floor 17, Local 1714, Boulevard Morazán (hereinafter also referred to as “THE ORGANIZER or BETCRIS”). THE ORGANIZER is the sole and exclusive party responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related to the promotion.
2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Honduras and will be valid from June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, to determine participant eligibility in accordance with the House Rules and platform activity records.
4.DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of L1,350 or more made on the official website www.betcris.com, through any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) entry to participate in the drawing.
Deposits are expressly non-cumulative; therefore, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the minimum required amount.
Example: If a participant makes a deposit of L.3,000 they will receive two (2) entries. Likewise, each additional deposit meeting the minimum amount will generate corresponding entries independently.
Individual deposits under L.1,350 (one thousand three hundred and fifty) will not generate entries and will not be combined with other deposits to reach the minimum required amount.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may obtain during the promotion period, provided all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met.
To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional code SOCCER at the time of making the deposit, either through the online cashier or at a physical agency. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must request the cashier to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not selected or applied during the deposit process, such deposit will not be considered valid for promotional purposes.
Applicable payment methods will be subject to the conditions, restrictions, and regulations of each method available in Honduras at the time of the transaction.
Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers belonging to the Diamond and VIP segments of our loyalty program will be eligible for a differentiated accumulation scheme of entries. In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than L.53,500 and less than L.80,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than L.80,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. The application of this benefit will be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of L.27,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than L.27,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.
Furthermore, all eligible accounts will be subject to subsequent analysis and validation by Betcris as a condition to qualify for and maintain the corresponding benefits.
5.DRAW DATE: The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.
Winner selection will be conducted through the AppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.
Following telephone notification of winner status, the participant must submit a valid identification document for verification within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours from such communication. Once the winner’s identity is verified, digital tickets will be sent to the winner’s registered email address.
The winner is solely responsible for correctly providing their email address and verifying receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstance beyond its control.
7.PROMOTION PRIZES: Participants who comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions will enter the draw for one (1) travel package, consisting of a double ticket to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament for the winner and one (1) companion.
The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fail to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.
Each package includes:
- Double entry ticket (winner + companion).
- Accommodation*.
- Air transportation*.
*The inclusion of accommodation and/or air transportation will be subject to the winner’s country of residence or geographical location, as well as logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined exclusively by THE ORGANIZER.
Betcris operates in other countries, where the promotion will also be available, subject to the laws of each jurisdiction; therefore, the prize will be distributed among these countries, which are: Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Honduras.
The Prize Does Not Include:
- Travel visas or required travel permits
- Incidental hotel expenses
- Expenses outside the programmed itinerary
- Any expenses not specified in the package
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or contributions related to participation or prize redemption.
- Travel Insurance.
Participants who obtain entries during this phase will automatically qualify for Phase 3 corresponding to the cash prize (consolation prize) drawing detailed below.
CASH PRIZE (CONSOLATION PRIZE)
All participants meeting the conditions described in section four may participate for a total of L.79,890 (or its equivalent in local currency) divided into seven (7) cash prizes.
The drawing for the cash consolation prizes will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026, and will be distributed as follows:

Participation and eligibility for the cash prizes associated with the promotion ” EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” may accumulate throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, considering the entries obtained during its validity period.
The cash prizes will be awarded once the entire promotion has concluded, on the date established by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding drawing, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their total and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.
10.PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS: Each participant may obtain multiple entries in the promotion based on qualifying deposits that meet the established requirements. However, only one account per person will be permitted. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities, IP addresses, devices, or any other method intended to alter the normal operation of the promotion or to breach these Terms and Conditions.
11.ORGANIZER RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
12.VALID TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE: This promotion is available only to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older and is exclusively valid within the territory of Honduras.
13.ADDITIONAL RULES: All House Rules apply.
14.GOVERNING LAW: This promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in Honduras, and the competent authorities of Honduras shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.
15.RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the drawing, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the drawing or the receipt or use of any prize.
16.USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER an express and royalty-free authorization, unless otherwise stated by the participant, to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Additionally, winners agree to provide THE ORGANIZER with audiovisual material, including photographs and/or videos documenting their experience within the framework of the promotion “THE FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US.” Such material may be used by THE ORGANIZER for the purposes previously described.
This authorization includes use in printed, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other distribution channel deemed appropriate by THE ORGANIZER, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the end of the promotion.
Participants may revoke this authorization at any time by written communication addressed to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identification document, without affecting any uses made prior to receipt of such notification.

PROMOCIÓN EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZADOR
El presente reglamento establece los términos y las condiciones que regirán la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. La persona que desee participar (en adelante “EL PARTICIPANTE”) reconoce y acepta que el desarrollo y ejecución de esta actividad promocional, con fines exclusivos de propaganda comercial, se sujetará exclusivamente a estos Términos y Condiciones.
Esta promoción es organizada por HUCKLEBERRY PROCESOS GT, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, que puede abreviarse “HUCKLEBERRY PROCESOS GT, S.A. de C.V.”, sociedad de nacionalidad Guatemalteca, domiciliada en el departamento de Guatemala, con Número de Registro veintinueve mil doscientos ochenta y nueve.
LA ORGANIZADORA es la única responsable de organizar la promoción y ofrecer los beneficios relacionados con la misma.
2.PLAZO DE VALIDEZ DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción aplica únicamente para Guatemala y estará activa desde el 1 de junio de 2026 a las 00:00 horas hasta el 30 de junio de 2026 a las 23:59 horas (Hora local).
3.RESTRICCIÓN: La presente promoción está dirigida exclusivamente a jugadores recreativos, entendidos como aquellos participantes que juegan en la plataforma con fines de entretenimiento personal y no como una actividad profesional, sistemática o con fines predominantemente lucrativos.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de determinar, a su sola discreción y con base en criterios objetivos, técnicos y verificables, la elegibilidad de los participantes conforme a las Reglas de la Casa y a los registros de actividad de la plataforma.
4.MONTO DE DEPÓSITO: Por cada depósito individual de USD$50 (o su equivalente en moneda local) o más realizado en el sitio oficial www.betcris.com, a través de cualquier método de pago habilitado y/o en agencias debidamente autorizadas, el PARTICIPANTE recibirá una (1) acción para participar en el sorteo.
Se aclara expresamente que los depósitos no son acumulativos; es decir, no se sumarán varios depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
Ejemplo: Si un PARTICIPANTE realiza un depósito de USD$100 (cien dólares) recibirá dos (2) acciones. De igual forma, cada depósito adicional que cumpla con el monto mínimo generará las acciones correspondientes de manera independiente.
Los depósitos individuales por montos inferiores a USD$50 (cincuenta dólares) no otorgarán acciones y no serán combinables con otros depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
No existe límite en la cantidad de acciones que un participante puede obtener durante la vigencia de la promoción, siempre que cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Para participar en la promoción, el participante deberá seleccionar el código promocional FUTBOL al momento de realizar su depósito, ya sea a través del cajero en línea o en una agencia física. En caso de que el depósito se realice en efectivo, el participante deberá solicitar al cajero la aplicación del código promocional al momento de efectuar la transacción. Si el código promocional no es ingresado o aplicado durante el proceso de depósito, dicho depósito no será considerado válido para efectos de la promoción.
Los métodos de pago aplicables estarán sujetos a las condiciones, restricciones y regulaciones propias de cada uno de los métodos vigentes en Guatemala al momento de la transacción.
Mecánica de Acumulación – clientes Diamante y VIP (Programa de Lealtad)
Para efectos de la presente promoción, los clientes pertenecientes a los segmentos Diamantes y VIP serán elegibles para un esquema de acumulación diferenciada de acciones. En este sentido, los depósitos realizados por montos iguales o superiores a USD$2,000 e inferiores a USD$3,000 generarán el doble (2x) de acciones, mientras que los depósitos iguales o superiores a USD$3,000 generarán el triple (3x) de acciones. La aplicación de este beneficio estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Betcris se reserva el derecho de realizar cualquier modificación, ajuste o restricción en la asignación de dichos beneficios, en función del comportamiento del cliente.
Asignación de Categoría Diamante al realizar un primer depósito de USD$1,000 o superior:
Aquellos clientes cuyo monto de depósito inicial sea igual o superior a USD$1,000 pasarán a la categoría Diamante dentro de un plazo máximo de 24 horas, adquiriendo los beneficios correspondientes al nivel Diamante de nuestro programa de Lealtad.
En caso de detectarse actividades inusuales, irregulares o que puedan considerarse como comportamiento anómalo, Betcris podrá revisar, limitar o cancelar los beneficios otorgados, sin previo aviso.
Asimismo, todas las cuentas elegibles estarán sujetas a análisis y validaciones posteriores por parte de Betcris, como condición para optar y mantener los beneficios correspondientes.
5.FECHA DEL SORTEO: El sorteo correspondiente a la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” se llevará a cabo el lunes 1 de julio de 2026.
La selección de los ganadores se realizará a través de la plataforma AppSorteos, garantizando un proceso aleatorio y transparente. Por cada ganador principal se designará un suplente, quien será contactado únicamente en caso de que el ganador principal no responda o no pueda ser validado. De ser necesario, se continuará con los ganadores suplentes de forma sucesiva hasta confirmar un ganador válido.
6.COMUNICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: LA ORGANIZADORA contactará al ganador utilizando la información registrada en su cuenta, mediante llamada telefónica y/o correo electrónico enviado al correo asociado a la cuenta y/o mensajes dirigidos al número telefónico asociado a la cuenta, según corresponda y la disponibilidad de los canales.
LA ORGANIZADORA realizará hasta tres (3) intentos de contacto telefónico utilizando la información registrada por el participante. En caso de no lograr establecer contacto luego de dichos intentos, el participante perderá su condición de ganador y el premio podrá ser reasignado conforme a los procedimientos definidos por LA ORGANIZADORA, sin derecho a reclamo posterior.
Una vez que el ganador responda y se confirme el contacto efectivo, LA ORGANIZADORA enviará la notificación correspondiente a través de correo electrónico y/o mensaje directo (Inbox), siempre que el participante tenga habilitada la recepción de comunicaciones promocionales.
Tras la notificación telefónica de su condición de ganador, el participante deberá enviar un documento de identidad válido para fines de verificación dentro de un plazo máximo de doce (12) horas contadas a partir de dicha comunicación. Una vez verificada la identidad del ganador, las entradas digitales serán enviadas al correo electrónico registrado por el ganador.
Será responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador proporcionar correctamente su dirección de correo electrónico y verificar la recepción del premio. LA ORGANIZADORA no será responsable por errores en la dirección de correo electrónico proporcionada por el ganador, ni por fallas atribuibles a servicios de correo electrónico, filtros de spam o cualquier otra circunstancia fuera de su control.
7.PREMIOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Los participantes que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en los presentes Términos y Condiciones participarán en el sorteo de un (1) premio, consistente en una entrada doble para asistir a la Gran Final del Torneo “Mueve al Mundo”, destinada al ganador y un (1) acompañante.
El ganador y su acompañante serán los únicos responsables de gestionar y contar con toda la documentación requerida para realizar el viaje y disfrutar del premio, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, pasaportes vigentes, visados, permisos migratorios y cualquier otro requisito exigido por las autoridades competentes.
En caso de que el ganador o su acompañante no cumplan con dichos requisitos, LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar al ganador y disponer del premio para la selección de un nuevo ganador mediante sorteo aleatorio.
Cada premio incluye:
- Entrada doble (ganador + acompañante).
- Hospedaje.
- Transporte aéreo*.
La inclusión de hospedaje y/o transporte aéreo estará sujeta al país de residencia o ubicación geográfica del ganador, así como a criterios logísticos, operativos y de disponibilidad determinados exclusivamente por LA ORGANIZADORA.
Betcris opera en otros países, en donde también estará la promoción vigente, de acuerdo con la jurisdicción de cada uno, por lo que el premio será distribuido entre estos países, los cuales son: Ecuador, República Dominicana, Perú, México, Nicaragua, Guatemala y Honduras.
El Premio No Incluye:
- Visas de viaje o permisos migratorios requeridos
- Gastos incidentales de hotel
- Gastos fuera del itinerario programado
- Cualquier gasto no especificado en el paquete
- Cualquier impuesto, tasa o contribución aplicable relacionada con la participación o el canje del premio
Los participantes que obtengan participaciones durante esta fase quedarán automáticamente incluidos en la Fase 3 correspondiente al sorteo del premio en efectivo (premio de consolación) que a continuación se detalla.
PREMIO EN EFECTIVO (PREMIO DE CONSOLACIÓN) Todos los participantes que cumplan las condiciones descritas en el apartado cuarto anterior podrán participar por un total de USD$21,000 (o su equivalente en moneda local) dividido en cuarenta y nueve (49) premios en efectivo.
Este premio corresponde exclusivamente a una oportunidad de consolación y no sustituye el premio principal.
El sorteo correspondiente a los premios en efectivo de consolación se llevará a cabo el lunes 20 de julio de 2026 y será distribuido de la siguiente manera:

Los ganadores de los premios en efectivo deberán reclamar y completar el proceso de validación y aceptación del premio a más tardar el 31 de julio de 2026.
En caso de que algún ganador no complete dicho proceso dentro del plazo indicado, perderá automáticamente el derecho al premio en efectivo, sin que ello genere derecho a reclamo, compensación o indemnización alguna, pudiendo LA ORGANIZADORA disponer libremente del premio conforme a sus políticas internas y a la normativa aplicable.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de interpretar los presentes Términos y Condiciones y resolver cualquier situación no prevista.
8.COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS PROMOCIONES: La presente promoción podrá ser combinada con otras promociones vigentes ofrecidas por LA ORGANIZADORA, siempre que dichas promociones así lo permitan conforme a sus respectivos Términos y Condiciones.
La participación y elegibilidad a los premios en efectivo asociados a la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE podrá acumularse a lo largo de todas las fases o etapas de la promoción, considerando las participaciones obtenidas durante su período de vigencia.
La entrega de los premios en efectivo se realizará una vez finalizada la totalidad de la promoción, en la fecha establecida por LA ORGANIZADORA para el sorteo correspondiente, conforme a los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
9.ACEPTACIÓN DE TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES: Al participar en la promoción, los participantes aceptan íntegramente estos Términos y Condiciones e indican su acuerdo total e incondicional con (a) estas Reglas Oficiales y (b) las decisiones de LA ORGANIZADORA, que son definitivas y vinculantes.
10.LIMITACIONES PARA PARTICIPAR: Cada participante podrá obtener múltiples participaciones en la promoción conforme a los depósitos realizados que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. No obstante, se permitirá únicamente una cuenta por persona. LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier participante que utilice múltiples cuentas, identidades, direcciones IP, dispositivos o cualquier otro método con el fin de alterar el normal desarrollo de la promoción o incumplir estos Términos y Condiciones.
11.RESERVAS A FAVOR DE LA ORGANIZADORA: LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de modificar, extender o cancelar esta promoción en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
12.TERRITORIO Y EDAD MÍNIMA VÁLIDOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción está disponible únicamente para personas mayores de dieciocho (18) años y es exclusiva para el territorio de Guatemala.
13.REGLAS ADICIONALES: Aplican todas las Reglas de la Casa.
14.LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE: La promoción se regirá por las leyes vigentes de Guatemala y serán competentes las autoridades correspondientes en Guatemala, conforme a derecho.
15.LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA ORGANIZADORA: Al participar en el sorteo, el participante acepta, libera y exime de responsabilidad a LA ORGANIZADORA, su empresa matriz, subsidiarias, filiales y sus respectivos directivos, consejeros, personal y representantes (las “Partes Exoneradas”) de cualquier reclamación o causa de acción que surja de la participación en el Sorteo o la recepción o uso de cualquier premio.
16.USO DE DATOS E IMAGEN: Al participar, los participantes otorgan a LA ORGANIZADORA una autorización expresa y gratuita, salvo manifestación en contrario del propio participante, para utilizar su nombre, imagen y voz con fines publicitarios, promocionales o comerciales vinculados directa o indirectamente con esta Actividad, o en cualquier otra campaña, comunicación o material de promoción de LA ORGANIZADORA, conforme a la normativa aplicable.
Adicionalmente, los ganadores se comprometen a proporcionar a LA ORGANIZADORA material audiovisual, incluyendo fotografías y/o videos, en los que se documente su experiencia en el marco de la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE”. Dicho material podrá ser utilizado por LA ORGANIZADORA para los fines previamente descritos.
Esta autorización incluye el uso en medios impresos, digitales, audiovisuales, redes sociales, materiales internos y cualquier otro canal de difusión que LA ORGANIZADORA considere pertinente, por un período máximo de un (1) año posterior a la finalización de la promoción.
El participante podrá revocar esta autorización en cualquier momento, mediante comunicación escrita dirigida a LA ORGANIZADORA, acompañada de una copia de su documento de identidad, sin perjuicio de los usos realizados con anterioridad a la fecha de recepción de dicha notificación.

PROMOTION EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZER:
These regulations establish the terms and conditions governing the promotion EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is organized by HUCKLEBERRY PROCESOS GT, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, which may be abbreviated as “HUCKLEBERRY PROCESOS GT, S.A. de C.V.”, a company of Guatemalan nationality, domiciled in the department of Guatemala, with Registration Number twenty-nine thousand two hundred eighty-nine
THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related thereto.
2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Guatemala and will be valid from June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, to determine participant eligibility in accordance with the House Rules and platform activity records.
4.DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of USD$50 (or its equivalent in local currency) or more made on the official website www.betcris.com, through any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) entry to participate in the drawing.
Deposits are expressly non-cumulative; therefore, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the minimum required amount.
Example: If a participant makes a deposit of USD$100 (one hundred dollars), they will receive two (2) entries. Likewise, each additional deposit meeting the minimum amount will generate corresponding entries independently.
Individual deposits under USD$50 (fifty dollars) will not generate entries and will not be combined with other deposits to reach the minimum required amount.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may obtain during the promotion period, provided all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met.
To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional code SOCCER at the time of making the deposit, either through the online cashier or at a physical agency. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must request the cashier to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not selected or applied during the deposit process, such deposit will not be considered valid for promotional purposes.
Applicable payment methods will be subject to the conditions, restrictions, and regulations of each method available in Guatemala at the time of the transaction.
Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers belonging to the Diamond and VIP segments of our loyalty program will be eligible for a differentiated accumulation scheme of entries. In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than USD$2,000 and less than USD$3,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than USD$3,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. The application of this benefit will be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of USD$1,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than USD$1,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.
Furthermore, all eligible accounts will be subject to subsequent analysis and validation by Betcris as a condition to qualify for and maintain the corresponding benefits.
5.DRAW DATE: The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.
Winner selection will be conducted through the AppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.
Following telephone notification of winner status, the participant must submit a valid identification document for verification within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours from such communication. Once the winner’s identity is verified, digital tickets will be sent to the winner’s registered email address.
The winner is solely responsible for correctly providing their email address and verifying receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstance beyond its control.
7.PROMOTION PRIZES: Participants who comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions will enter the draw for one (1) award, consisting of a double ticket to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament for the winner and one (1) companion.
The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fail to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.
The award includes:
- Double entry ticket (winner + companion).
- Accommodation*.
- Air transportation*.
The inclusion of accommodation and/or air transportation will be subject to the winner’s country of residence or geographical location, as well as logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined exclusively by THE ORGANIZER.
Betcris operates in other countries, where the promotion will also be available, subject to the laws of each jurisdiction; therefore, the prize will be distributed among these countries, which are: Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Honduras.
The Prize Does Not Include:
- Travel visas or required travel permits
- Incidental hotel expenses
- Expenses outside the programmed itinerary
- Any expenses not specified in the package
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or contributions related to participation or prize redemption
Participants who obtain entries during this phase will automatically qualify for Phase 3 corresponding to the cash prize (consolation prize) drawing detailed below.
CASH PRIZE (CONSOLATION PRIZE)
All participants meeting the conditions described in section four may participate for a total of USD$21,000 (or its equivalent in local currency) divided into forty-nine (49) cash prizes.
The drawing for the cash consolation prizes will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026, and will be distributed as follows:

These regulations establish the terms and conditions governing the promotion EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Honduras and will be valid from June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, to determine participant eligibility in accordance with the House Rules and platform activity records.
4.DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of L1,350 or more made on the official website www.betcris.com, through any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) entry to participate in the drawing.
Deposits are expressly non-cumulative; therefore, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the minimum required amount.
Example: If a participant makes a deposit of L.3,000 they will receive two (2) entries. Likewise, each additional deposit meeting the minimum amount will generate corresponding entries independently.

Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers belonging to the Diamond and VIP segments of our loyalty program will be eligible for a differentiated accumulation scheme of entries. In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than L.53,500 and less than L.80,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than L.80,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of L.27,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than L.27,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.

5.DRAW DATE: The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.
Winner selection will be conducted through the AppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.
Following telephone notification of winner status, the participant must submit a valid identification document for verification within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours from such communication. Once the winner’s identity is verified, digital tickets will be sent to the winner’s registered email address.
The winner is solely responsible for correctly providing their email address and verifying receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstance beyond its control.
7.PROMOTION PRIZES: Participants who comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions will enter the draw for one (1) travel package, consisting of a double ticket to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament for the winner and one (1) companion.
The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fail to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
PROMOCIÓN EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE 2
1.ORGANIZADOR:
El presente reglamento establece los términos y las condiciones que regirán la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE 2. La persona que desee participar (en adelante “EL PARTICIPANTE”) reconoce y acepta que el desarrollo y ejecución de esta actividad promocional, con fines exclusivos de propaganda comercial, se sujetará exclusivamente a estos Términos y Condiciones.
La Promoción es organizada por TV GLOBAL ENTERPRISES LTD, sociedad constituida y existente conforme a las leyes de MALTA, con número de registro C – 44378, domiciliada en Msida Court, 61, First Floor, Msida Seafront, Malta, MSD9043, cuyo objeto principal incluye el ofrecimiento de una plataforma en línea segura y legal para las apuestas deportivas, a través de canales tradicionales e innovadores (“La Organizadora”). La Promoción es operada por DAIBUTSU TECHNOLOGIES S.A., sociedad constituida y existente conforme a las leyes de la República de Nicaragua, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil con RUC J0310000011800, y FOX TECHNOLOGIES S.A. sociedad constituida y existente conforme a las leyes de la República de Nicaragua e inscrita en el Registro Mercantil con número de RUC J0310000167125 (en conjunto denominada como ALADDIN) y con oficinas principales en Carretera Masaya, Km 5, Zona Rosa, Managua, Nicaragua. 2.PLAZO DE VALIDEZ DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción aplica únicamente para Nicaragua y estará activa desde el 1 de junio de 2026 a las 00:00 horas hasta el 30 de junio de 2026 a las 23:59 horas (Hora local).
3.RESTRICCIÓN: La presente promoción está dirigida exclusivamente a jugadores recreativos, entendidos como aquellos participantes que juegan en la plataforma con fines de entretenimiento personal y no como una actividad profesional, sistemática o con fines predominantemente lucrativos.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de determinar, a su sola discreción y con base en criterios objetivos, técnicos y verificables, la elegibilidad de los participantes conforme a las Reglas de la Casa y a los registros de actividad de la plataforma.
4.MONTO DE DEPÓSITO: Por cada depósito individual de C$2,000 o más realizado en el sitio oficial www.betcris.com, a través de cualquier método de pago habilitado y/o en agencias debidamente autorizadas, el PARTICIPANTE recibirá una (1) acción para participar en el sorteo.
Se aclara expresamente que los depósitos no son acumulativos; es decir, no se sumarán varios depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
Ejemplo: Si un PARTICIPANTE realiza un depósito de C$4,000 recibirá dos (2) acciones. De igual forma, cada depósito adicional que cumpla con el monto mínimo generará las acciones correspondientes de manera independiente.
Los depósitos individuales por montos inferiores a C$2,000 no otorgarán acciones y no serán combinables con otros depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.

Para participar en la promoción, el participante deberá seleccionar el código promocional FUTBOL al momento de realizar su depósito, ya sea a través del cajero en línea o en una agencia física. En caso de que el depósito se realice en efectivo, el participante deberá solicitar al cajero la aplicación del código promocional al momento de efectuar la transacción. Si el código promocional no es ingresado o aplicado durante el proceso de depósito, dicho depósito no será considerado válido para efectos de la promoción.
Los métodos de pago aplicables estarán sujetos a las condiciones, restricciones y regulaciones propias de cada uno de los métodos vigentes en Nicaragua al momento de la transacción.
Mecánica de Acumulación – clientes Diamante y VIP (Programa de Lealtad)
Para efectos de la presente promoción, los clientes pertenecientes a los segmentos Diamantes y VIP serán elegibles para un esquema de acumulación diferenciada de acciones. En este sentido, los depósitos realizados por montos iguales o superiores a C$74,000 e inferiores a C$111,000 generarán el doble (2x) de acciones, mientras que los depósitos iguales o superiores a C$111,000 generarán el triple (3x) de acciones. La aplicación de este beneficio estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Betcris se reserva el derecho de realizar cualquier modificación, ajuste o restricción en la asignación de dichos beneficios, en función del comportamiento del cliente.
Asignación de Categoría Diamante al realizar un primer depósito de C$37,000 o superior:
Aquellos clientes cuyo monto de depósito inicial sea igual o superior a C$37,000 pasarán a la categoría Diamante dentro de un plazo máximo de 24 horas, adquiriendo los beneficios correspondientes al nivel Diamante de nuestro programa de Lealtad.
En caso de detectarse actividades inusuales, irregulares o que puedan considerarse como comportamiento anómalo, Betcris podrá revisar, limitar o cancelar los beneficios otorgados, sin previo aviso.

5.FECHA DEL SORTEO: El sorteo correspondiente a la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” se llevará a cabo el lunes 1 de julio de 2026.
La selección de los ganadores se realizará a través de la plataforma AppSorteos, garantizando un proceso aleatorio y transparente. Por cada ganador principal se designará un suplente, quien será contactado únicamente en caso de que el ganador principal no responda o no pueda ser validado. De ser necesario, se continuará con los ganadores suplentes de forma sucesiva hasta confirmar un ganador válido.
6.COMUNICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: LA ORGANIZADORA contactará al ganador utilizando la información registrada en su cuenta, mediante llamada telefónica y/o correo electrónico enviado al correo asociado a la cuenta y/o mensajes dirigidos al número telefónico asociado a la cuenta, según corresponda y la disponibilidad de los canales.
LA ORGANIZADORA realizará hasta tres (3) intentos de contacto telefónico utilizando la información registrada por el participante. En caso de no lograr establecer contacto luego de dichos intentos, el participante perderá su condición de ganador y el premio podrá ser reasignado conforme a los procedimientos definidos por LA ORGANIZADORA, sin derecho a reclamo posterior.
Una vez que el ganador responda y se confirme el contacto efectivo, LA ORGANIZADORA enviará la notificación correspondiente a través de correo electrónico y/o mensaje directo (Inbox), siempre que el participante tenga habilitada la recepción de comunicaciones promocionales.
Tras la notificación telefónica de su condición de ganador, el participante deberá enviar un documento de identidad válido para fines de verificación dentro de un plazo máximo de doce (12) horas contadas a partir de dicha comunicación. 7.PREMIOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Los participantes que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en los presentes Términos y Condiciones participarán en el sorteo de un (1) paquete de viaje, consistente en una entrada doble para asistir a la Gran Final del Torneo “Mueve al Mundo”, destinada al ganador y un (1) acompañante.
El ganador y su acompañante serán los únicos responsables de gestionar y contar con toda la documentación requerida para realizar el viaje y disfrutar del premio, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, pasaportes vigentes, visados, permisos migratorios y cualquier otro requisito exigido por las autoridades competentes.

La participación y elegibilidad a los premios en efectivo asociados a la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE podrá acumularse a lo largo de todas las fases o etapas de la promoción, considerando las participaciones obtenidas durante su período de vigencia.
La entrega de los premios en efectivo se realizará una vez finalizada la totalidad de la promoción, en la fecha establecida por LA ORGANIZADORA para el sorteo correspondiente, conforme a los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
9.ACEPTACIÓN DE TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES: Al participar en la promoción, los participantes aceptan íntegramente estos Términos y Condiciones e indican su acuerdo total e incondicional con (a) estas Reglas Oficiales y (b) las decisiones de LA ORGANIZADORA, que son definitivas y vinculantes.
10.LIMITACIONES PARA PARTICIPAR: Cada participante podrá obtener múltiples participaciones en la promoción conforme a los depósitos realizados que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. No obstante, se permitirá únicamente una cuenta por persona. LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier participante que utilice múltiples cuentas, identidades, direcciones IP, dispositivos o cualquier otro método con el fin de alterar el normal desarrollo de la promoción o incumplir estos Términos y Condiciones.
11.RESERVAS A FAVOR DE LA ORGANIZADORA: LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de modificar, extender o cancelar esta promoción en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
12.TERRITORIO Y EDAD MÍNIMA VÁLIDOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción está disponible únicamente para personas mayores de dieciocho (18) años y es exclusiva para el territorio de Nicaragua.
13.REGLAS ADICIONALES: Aplican todas las Reglas de la Casa.
14.LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE: La promoción se regirá por las leyes vigentes de Nicaragua y serán competentes las autoridades correspondientes en Nicaragua, conforme a derecho.
15.LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA ORGANIZADORA: Al participar en el sorteo, el participante acepta, libera y exime de responsabilidad a LA ORGANIZADORA, su empresa matriz, subsidiarias, filiales y sus respectivos directivos, consejeros, personal y representantes (las “Partes Exoneradas”) de cualquier reclamación o causa de acción que surja de la participación en el Sorteo o la recepción o uso de cualquier premio.
16.USO DE DATOS E IMAGEN: Al participar, los participantes otorgan a LA ORGANIZADORA una autorización expresa y gratuita, salvo manifestación en contrario del propio participante, para utilizar su nombre, imagen y voz con fines publicitarios, promocionales o comerciales vinculados directa o indirectamente con esta Actividad, o en cualquier otra campaña, comunicación o material de promoción de LA ORGANIZADORA, conforme a la normativa aplicable.
Adicionalmente, los ganadores se comprometen a proporcionar a LA ORGANIZADORA material audiovisual, incluyendo fotografías y/o videos, en los que se documente su experiencia en el marco de la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE”. Dicho material podrá ser utilizado por LA ORGANIZADORA para los fines previamente descritos.
Esta autorización incluye el uso en medios impresos, digitales, audiovisuales, redes sociales, materiales internos y cualquier otro canal de difusión que LA ORGANIZADORA considere pertinente, por un período máximo de un (1) año posterior a la finalización de la promoción.
El participante podrá revocar esta autorización en cualquier momento, mediante comunicación escrita dirigida a LA ORGANIZADORA, acompañada de una copia de su documento de identidad, sin perjuicio de los usos realizados con anterioridad a la fecha de recepción de dicha notificación.

1.ORGANIZER:
These regulations establish the terms and conditions governing the promotion EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE 2. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is organized by TV GLOBAL ENTERPRISES LTD, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of MALTA, with registration number C – 44378, domiciled at Msida Court, 61, First Floor, Msida Seafront, Malta, MSD9043, whose principal purpose includes offering a secure and legal online platform for sports betting, through traditional and innovative channels (“The Organizer”). The Promotion is operated by DAIBUTSU TECHNOLOGIES S.A., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua, registered in the Mercantile Registry with RUC J0310000011800, and FOX TECHNOLOGIES S.A., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua and registered in the Mercantile Registry with RUC number J0310000167125 (collectively referred to as ALADDIN) and with principal offices located at Carretera Masaya, Km 5, Zona Rosa, Managua, Nicaragua. THE ORGANIZER is the sole and exclusive party responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related thereto.
2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Nicaragua and will be valid from June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, to determine participant eligibility in accordance with the House Rules and platform activity records.
4.DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of C$2,000 or more made on the official website www.betcris.com, through any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) entry to participate in the drawing.
Deposits are expressly non-cumulative; therefore, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the minimum required amount.
Example: If a participant makes a deposit of C$4000 they will receive two (2) entries. Likewise, each additional deposit meeting the minimum amount will generate corresponding entries independently.
Individual deposits under C$2,000 will not generate entries and will not be combined with other deposits to reach the minimum required amount.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may obtain during the promotion period, provided all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met.
To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional code SOCCER at the time of making the deposit, either through the online cashier or at a physical agency. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must request the cashier to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not selected or applied during the deposit process, such deposit will not be considered valid for promotional purposes.
Applicable payment methods will be subject to the conditions, restrictions, and regulations of each method available in Nicaragua at the time of the transaction.
Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers belonging to the Diamond and VIP segments of our loyalty program will be eligible for a differentiated accumulation scheme of entries. In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than C$74,000 and less than C$111,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than C$111,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. The application of this benefit will be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of C$37,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than C$37,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.
Furthermore, all eligible accounts will be subject to subsequent analysis and validation by Betcris as a condition to qualify for and maintain the corresponding benefits.
5.DRAW DATE: The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.
Winner selection will be conducted through the AppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.
Following telephone notification of winner status, the participant must submit a valid identification document for verification within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours from such communication. Once the winner’s identity is verified, digital tickets will be sent to the winner’s registered email address.
The winner is solely responsible for correctly providing their email address and verifying receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstance beyond its control.
7.PROMOTION PRIZES: Participants who comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions will enter the draw for one (1) travel package, consisting of a double ticket to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament for the winner and one (1) companion.
The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fail to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.
Each package includes:
- Double entry ticket (winner + companion).
- Accommodation*.
- Air transportation*.
*The inclusion of accommodation and/or air transportation will be subject to the winner’s country of residence or geographical location, as well as logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined exclusively by THE ORGANIZER.
Betcris operates in other countries, where the promotion will also be available, subject to the laws of each jurisdiction; therefore, the prize will be distributed among these countries, which are: Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Honduras.
The Prize Does Not Include:
- Travel visas or required travel permits
- Incidental hotel expenses
- Expenses outside the programmed itinerary
- Any expenses not specified in the package
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or contributions related to participation or prize redemption
Participants who obtain entries during this phase will automatically qualify for Phase 3 corresponding to the cash prize (consolation prize) drawing detailed below.

All participants meeting the conditions described in section four may participate for a total of C$110,500 divided into seven (7) cash prizes.

8.COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS: This promotion may be combined with other active promotions offered by THE ORGANIZER, provided that such promotions allow it in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.
Participation and eligibility for the cash prizes associated with the promotion ” EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” may accumulate throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, considering the entries obtained during its validity period.
The cash prizes will be awarded once the entire promotion has concluded, on the date established by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding drawing, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their total and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.
10.PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS: Each participant may obtain multiple entries in the promotion based on qualifying deposits that meet the established requirements. However, only one account per person will be permitted. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities, IP addresses, devices, or any other method intended to alter the normal operation of the promotion or to breach these Terms and Conditions.
11.ORGANIZER RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
12.VALID TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE: This promotion is available only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older and is exclusively valid within the territory of Nicaragua.
13.ADDITIONAL RULES: All House Rules apply.
14.GOVERNING LAW: This promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in Nicaragua, and the competent authorities of Nicaragua shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.
15.RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the drawing, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the drawing or the receipt or use of any prize.
16.USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER an express and royalty-free authorization, unless otherwise stated by the participant, to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Additionally, winners agree to provide THE ORGANIZER with audiovisual material, including photographs and/or videos documenting their experience within the framework of the promotion “THE FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US.” Such material may be used by THE ORGANIZER for the purposes previously described.
This authorization includes use in printed, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other distribution channel deemed appropriate by THE ORGANIZER, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the end of the promotion.
Participants may revoke this authorization at any time by written communication addressed to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identification document, without affecting any uses made prior to receipt of such notification.
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
PROMOCIÓN: EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZADOR:
El presente reglamento establece los términos y las condiciones que regirán la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. La persona que desee participar (en adelante “EL PARTICIPANTE”) reconoce y acepta que el desarrollo y ejecución de esta actividad promocional, con fines exclusivos de propaganda comercial, se sujetará exclusivamente a estos Términos y Condiciones.
Esta promoción la organiza exclusivamente Metrocentro S.A., con RUC No. 0990690537001, representada por el señor SALOMÓN DUMANI JIMÉNEZ, en su calidad de Gerente General y representante legal, domiciliada en Vélez 911 entre 6 de marzo y Pedro Moncayo, Edif. El Forum, PB, local 1 (en adelante, “LA ORGANIZADORA”). LA ORGANIZADORA es la única responsable de organizar la promoción y ofrecer los beneficios relacionados con la misma.
2.PLAZO DE VALIDEZ DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción aplica únicamente para Ecuador y estará activa desde el 1 de junio de 2026 a las 00:00 horas hasta el 30 de junio de 2026 a las 23:59 horas (Hora local).
3.RESTRICCIÓN: La presente promoción está dirigida exclusivamente a jugadores recreativos, entendidos como aquellos participantes que juegan en la plataforma con fines de entretenimiento personal y no como una actividad profesional, sistemática o con fines predominantemente lucrativos.
LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de determinar, a su sola discreción y con base en criterios objetivos, técnicos y verificables, la elegibilidad de los participantes conforme a las Reglas de la Casa y a los registros de actividad de la plataforma.
4.MONTO DE DEPÓSITO: Por cada depósito individual de USD$50 o más realizado en el sitio oficial www.betcris.com, a través de cualquier método de pago habilitado y/o en agencias debidamente autorizadas, el PARTICIPANTE recibirá una (1) oportunidad para participar en el sorteo.
Se aclara expresamente que los depósitos no son acumulativos; es decir, no se sumarán varios depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
Ejemplo: Si un PARTICIPANTE realiza un depósito de USD$100 (cien dólares) recibirá dos (2) oportunidades. De igual forma, cada depósito adicional que cumpla con el monto mínimo generará las acciones correspondientes de manera independiente.
Los depósitos individuales por montos inferiores a USD$50 (cincuenta dólares) no otorgarán oportunidades y no serán combinables con otros depósitos para alcanzar el monto mínimo requerido.
No existe límite en la cantidad de oportunidades que un participante puede obtener durante la vigencia de la promoción, siempre que cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Para participar en la promoción, el participante deberá seleccionar el código promocional FUTBOL al momento de realizar su depósito, ya sea a través del cajero en línea o en una agencia física. En caso de que el depósito se realice en efectivo, el participante deberá solicitar al cajero la aplicación del código promocional al momento de efectuar la transacción. Si el código promocional no es ingresado o aplicado durante el proceso de depósito, dicho depósito no será considerado válido para efectos de la promoción.
Los métodos de pago aplicables estarán sujetos a las condiciones, restricciones y regulaciones propias de cada uno de los métodos vigentes en Ecuador al momento de la transacción.
Mecánica de Acumulación – clientes Diamante y VIP (Programa de Lealtad)
Para efectos de la presente promoción, los clientes pertenecientes a los segmentos Diamantes y VIP serán elegibles para un esquema de acumulación diferenciada de acciones. En este sentido, los depósitos realizados por montos iguales o superiores a USD$2,000 e inferiores a USD$3,000 generarán el doble (2x) de acciones, mientras que los depósitos iguales o superiores a USD$3,000 generarán el triple (3x) de acciones. La aplicación de este beneficio estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
Betcris se reserva el derecho de realizar cualquier modificación, ajuste o restricción en la asignación de dichos beneficios, en función del comportamiento del cliente.
Asignación de Categoría Diamante al realizar un primer depósito de USD$1,000 o superior:
Aquellos clientes cuyo monto de depósito inicial sea igual o superior a USD$1,000 pasarán a la categoría Diamante dentro de un plazo máximo de 24 horas, adquiriendo los beneficios correspondientes al nivel Diamante de nuestro programa de Lealtad.
En caso de detectarse actividades inusuales, irregulares o que puedan considerarse como comportamiento anómalo, Betcris podrá revisar, limitar o cancelar los beneficios otorgados, sin previo aviso.
Asimismo, todas las cuentas elegibles estarán sujetas a análisis y validaciones posteriores por parte de Betcris, como condición para optar y mantener los beneficios correspondientes.
5.FECHA DEL SORTEO: El sorteo correspondiente a la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” se llevará a cabo el lunes 1 de julio de 2026.
La selección de los ganadores se realizará a través de la plataforma AppSorteos, garantizando un proceso aleatorio y transparente. Por cada ganador principal se designará un suplente, quien será contactado únicamente en caso de que el ganador principal no responda o no pueda ser validado. De ser necesario, se continuará con los ganadores suplentes de forma sucesiva hasta confirmar un ganador válido.
6.COMUNICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: LA ORGANIZADORA contactará al ganador utilizando la información registrada en su cuenta, mediante llamada telefónica y/o correo electrónico enviado al correo asociado a la cuenta y/o mensajes dirigidos al número telefónico asociado a la cuenta, según corresponda y la disponibilidad de los canales.
LA ORGANIZADORA realizará hasta tres (3) intentos de contacto telefónico utilizando la información registrada por el participante. En caso de no lograr establecer contacto luego de dichos intentos, el participante perderá su condición de ganador y el premio podrá ser reasignado conforme a los procedimientos definidos por LA ORGANIZADORA, sin derecho a reclamo posterior.
Una vez que el ganador responda y se confirme el contacto efectivo, LA ORGANIZADORA enviará la notificación correspondiente a través de correo electrónico y/o mensaje directo (Inbox), siempre que el participante tenga habilitada la recepción de comunicaciones promocionales.
Tras la notificación telefónica de su condición de ganador, el participante deberá enviar un documento de identidad válido para fines de verificación dentro de un plazo máximo de doce (12) horas contadas a partir de dicha comunicación. Una vez verificada la identidad del ganador, las entradas digitales serán enviadas al correo electrónico registrado por el ganador.
Será responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador proporcionar correctamente su dirección de correo electrónico y verificar la recepción del premio. LA ORGANIZADORA no será responsable por errores en la dirección de correo electrónico proporcionada por el ganador, ni por fallas atribuibles a servicios de correo electrónico, filtros de spam o cualquier otra circunstancia fuera de su control.
7.PREMIOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Los participantes que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas en los presentes Términos y Condiciones participarán en el sorteo de un (1) paquete de viaje, consistente en una entrada doble para asistir a la Gran Final del Torneo “Mueve al Mundo”, destinada al ganador y un (1) acompañante.
El ganador y su acompañante serán los únicos responsables de gestionar y contar con toda la documentación requerida para realizar el viaje y disfrutar del premio, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, pasaportes vigentes, visados, permisos migratorios y cualquier otro requisito exigido por las autoridades competentes.
En caso de que el ganador o su acompañante no cumplan con dichos requisitos, LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar al ganador y disponer del premio para la selección de un nuevo ganador mediante sorteo aleatorio.
Cada paquete incluye:
- Entrada doble (ganador + acompañante).
- Hospedaje*.
- Transporte aéreo*.
*La inclusión de hospedaje y/o transporte aéreo estará sujeta al país de residencia o ubicación geográfica del ganador, así como a criterios logísticos, operativos y de disponibilidad determinados exclusivamente por LA ORGANIZADORA.
Betcris opera en otros países, en donde también estará la promoción vigente, de acuerdo con la jurisdicción de cada uno, por lo que el premio será distribuido entre estos países, los cuales son: Ecuador, República Dominicana, Perú, México, Nicaragua, Guatemala y Honduras.
El Premio No Incluye:
- Visas de viaje o permisos migratorios requeridos
- Gastos incidentales de hotel
- Gastos fuera del itinerario programado
- Cualquier gasto no especificado en el paquete
- Cualquier impuesto, tasa o contribución aplicable relacionada con la participación o el canje del premio
Los participantes que obtengan participaciones durante esta fase quedarán automáticamente incluidos en la Fase 3 correspondiente al sorteo del premio en efectivo (premio de consolación) que a continuación se detalla.

8.COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS PROMOCIONES: La presente promoción podrá ser combinada con otras promociones vigentes ofrecidas por LA ORGANIZADORA, siempre que dichas promociones así lo permitan conforme a sus respectivos Términos y Condiciones.
La participación y elegibilidad a los premios en efectivo asociados a la promoción EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE podrá acumularse a lo largo de todas las fases o etapas de la promoción, considerando las participaciones obtenidas durante su período de vigencia.
La entrega de los premios en efectivo se realizará una vez finalizada la totalidad de la promoción, en la fecha establecida por LA ORGANIZADORA para el sorteo correspondiente, conforme a los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
9.ACEPTACIÓN DE TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES: Al participar en la promoción, los participantes aceptan íntegramente estos Términos y Condiciones e indican su acuerdo total e incondicional con (a) estas Reglas Oficiales y (b) las decisiones de LA ORGANIZADORA, que son definitivas y vinculantes.
10.LIMITACIONES PARA PARTICIPAR: Cada participante podrá obtener múltiples participaciones en la promoción conforme a los depósitos realizados que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. No obstante, se permitirá únicamente una cuenta por persona. LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier participante que utilice múltiples cuentas, identidades, direcciones IP, dispositivos o cualquier otro método con el fin de alterar el normal desarrollo de la promoción o incumplir estos Términos y Condiciones.
11.RESERVAS A FAVOR DE LA ORGANIZADORA: LA ORGANIZADORA se reserva el derecho de modificar, extender o cancelar esta promoción en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
12.TERRITORIO Y EDAD MÍNIMA VÁLIDOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN: La promoción está disponible únicamente para personas mayores de dieciocho (18) años y es exclusiva para el territorio de Ecuador.
13.REGLAS ADICIONALES: Aplican todas las Reglas de la Casa.
14.LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE: La promoción se regirá por las leyes vigentes de Ecuador y serán competentes las autoridades correspondientes en Ecuador, conforme a derecho.
15LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA ORGANIZADORA: Al participar en el sorteo, el participante acepta, libera y exime de responsabilidad a LA ORGANIZADORA, su empresa matriz, subsidiarias, filiales y sus respectivos directivos, consejeros, personal y representantes (las “Partes Exoneradas”) de cualquier reclamación o causa de acción que surja de la participación en el Sorteo o la recepción o uso de cualquier premio.
16.USO DE DATOS E IMAGEN: Al participar, los participantes otorgan a LA ORGANIZADORA una autorización expresa y gratuita, salvo manifestación en contrario del propio participante, para utilizar su nombre, imagen y voz con fines publicitarios, promocionales o comerciales vinculados directa o indirectamente con esta Actividad, o en cualquier otra campaña, comunicación o material de promoción de LA ORGANIZADORA, conforme a la normativa aplicable.
Adicionalmente, los ganadores se comprometen a proporcionar a LA ORGANIZADORA material audiovisual, incluyendo fotografías y/o videos, en los que se documente su experiencia en el marco de la promoción “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE”. Dicho material podrá ser utilizado por LA ORGANIZADORA para los fines previamente descritos.
Esta autorización incluye el uso en medios impresos, digitales, audiovisuales, redes sociales, materiales internos y cualquier otro canal de difusión que LA ORGANIZADORA considere pertinente, por un período máximo de un (1) año posterior a la finalización de la promoción.
El participante podrá revocar esta autorización en cualquier momento, mediante comunicación escrita dirigida a LA ORGANIZADORA, acompañada de una copia de su documento de identidad, sin perjuicio de los usos realizados con anterioridad a la fecha de recepción de dicha notificación.

PROMOTION EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZER:
These regulations establish the terms and conditions governing the promotion EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is organized exclusively by Metrocentro S.A., with RUC No. 0990690537001, represented by Mr. SALOMÓN DUMANI JIMÉNEZ, in his capacity as General Manager and legal representative, domiciled at Vélez 911 between 6 de Marzo and Pedro Moncayo, Edif. El Forum, PB, Local 1 (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZER”). THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related thereto.
2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Ecuador and will be valid rom June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, to determine participant eligibility in accordance with the House Rules and platform activity records.
4.DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of USD$50 (or its equivalent in local currency) or more made on the official website www.betcris.com, through any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) entry to participate in the drawing.
Deposits are expressly non-cumulative; therefore, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the minimum required amount.
Example: If a participant makes a deposit of USD$100 (one hundred dollars), they will receive two (2) entries. Likewise, each additional deposit meeting the minimum amount will generate corresponding entries independently.
Individual deposits under USD$50 (fifty dollars) will not generate entries and will not be combined with other deposits to reach the minimum required amount.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may obtain during the promotion period, provided all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met.
To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional code SOCCER at the time of making the deposit, either through the online cashier or at a physical agency. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must request the cashier to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not selected or applied during the deposit process, such deposit will not be considered valid for promotional purposes.
Applicable payment methods will be subject to the conditions, restrictions, and regulations of each method available in Ecuador at the time of the transaction.
Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers belonging to the Diamond and VIP segments of our loyalty program will be eligible for a differentiated accumulation scheme of entries. In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than USD$2,000 and less than USD$3,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than USD$3,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. The application of this benefit will be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of USD$1,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than USD$1,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.
Furthermore, all eligible accounts will be subject to subsequent analysis and validation by Betcris as a condition to qualify for and maintain the corresponding benefits.
5.DRAW DATE: The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.
Winner selection will be conducted through the AppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.
Following telephone notification of winner status, the participant must submit a valid identification document for verification within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours from such communication. Once the winner’s identity is verified, digital tickets will be sent to the winner’s registered email address.
The winner is solely responsible for correctly providing their email address and verifying receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstance beyond its control.
7.PROMOTION PRIZES: Participants who comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions will enter the draw for one (1) travel package, consisting of a double ticket to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament for the winner and one (1) companion.
The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fails to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.
Each package includes:
- Double entry ticket (winner + companion).
- Accommodation*.
- Air transportation*.
*The inclusion of accommodation and/or air transportation will be subject to the winner’s country of residence or geographical location, as well as logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined exclusively by THE ORGANIZER.
Betcris operates in other countries, where the promotion will also be available, subject to the laws of each jurisdiction; therefore, the prize will be distributed among these countries, which are: Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua,
Guatemala, and Honduras.
The Prize Does Not Include:
- Travel visas or required travel permits
- Incidental hotel expenses
- Expenses outside the programmed itinerary
- Any expenses not specified in the package
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or contributions related to participation or prize redemption
Participants who obtain entries during this phase will automatically qualify for Phase 3 corresponding to the cash prize (consolation prize) drawing detailed below.
8.CASH PRIZE (CONSOLATION PRIZE)
All participants meeting the conditions described in section four may participate for a total of USD$21,000 (or its equivalent in local currency) divided into forty-nine (49) cash prizes.
The drawing for the cash consolation prizes will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026, and will be distributed as follows:

THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and to resolve any unforeseen situations.
9.COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS: This promotion may be combined with other active promotions offered by THE ORGANIZER, provided that such promotions allow it in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.
Participation and eligibility for the cash prizes associated with the promotion ” EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” may accumulate throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, considering the entries obtained during its validity period.
The cash prizes will be awarded once the entire promotion has concluded, on the date established by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding drawing, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their total and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.
11.PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS: Each participant may obtain multiple entries in the promotion based on qualifying deposits that meet the established requirements. However, only one account per person will be permitted. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities, IP addresses, devices, or any other method intended to alter the normal operation of the promotion or to breach these Terms and Conditions.
12.ORGANIZER RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
13.VALID TERRITORY AND MINIMUM AGE: This promotion is available only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older and is exclusively valid within the territory of Ecuador.
14.ADDITIONAL RULES: All House Rules apply.
15.GOVERNING LAW: This promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in Ecuador, and the competent authorities of Ecuador shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.
16.RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the drawing, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the drawing or the receipt or use of any prize.
17. USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER an express and royalty-free authorization, unless otherwise stated by the participant, to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Additionally, winners agree to provide THE ORGANIZER with audiovisual material, including photographs and/or videos documenting their experience within the framework of the promotion “THE FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US.” Such material may be used by THE ORGANIZER for the purposes previously described.
This authorization includes use in printed, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other distribution channel deemed appropriate by THE ORGANIZER, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the end of the promotion.
Participants may revoke this authorization at any time by written communication addressed to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identification document, without affecting any uses made prior to receipt of such notification.
