NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information provided in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the email address associated with the account and/or text messages sent to the phone number associated with the account, as appropriate and depending on the availability of the communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the participant by phone using the contact information provided by the participant. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will forfeit their status as a winner, and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with the procedures established by THE ORGANIZER, with no right to subsequent claims.

The winner and their companion are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including, but not limited to, valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements imposed by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their guest does not meet these requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and use the prize to select a new winner through a random drawing.

Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.

CLUB, SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, which is a commercial company duly incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Honduras, pursuant to Public Deed number 59 dated October 08, 2020, executed before Licenciado Fernando Alberto Godoy, and registered in the book of Commercial Merchants of the Mercantile Registry of Francisco Morazán, represented by Oscar Armando Reyes Baquis in his capacity as ATTORNEY-IN-FACT. Its domicile is located at Edificio Torre Agalta, Floor 17, Local 1714, Boulevard Morazán (hereinafter also referred to as “THE ORGANIZER or BETCRIS”). THE ORGANIZER is the sole and exclusive party responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related to the promotion.
2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Honduras and will be valid from June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, to determine participant eligibility in accordance with the House Rules and platform activity records.
4.DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of L1,350 or more made on the official website www.betcris.com, through any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) entry to participate in the drawing.
Deposits are expressly non-cumulative; therefore, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the minimum required amount.

Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)

In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than L.53,500 and less than L.80,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than L.80,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of L.27,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than L.27,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.
Furthermore, all eligible accounts will be subject to subsequent analysis and validation by Betcris as a condition to qualify for and maintain the corresponding benefits.
5.DRAW DATE: The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.
Winner selection will be conducted through the AppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.
Following telephone notification of winner status, the participant must submit a valid identification document for verification within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours from such communication. The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fail to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.

9.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their total and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.

Additionally, winners agree to provide THE ORGANIZER with audiovisual material, including photographs and/or videos documenting their experience within the framework of the promotion “THE FOOTBALL THAT UNITES US.” Such material may be used by THE ORGANIZER for the purposes previously described.

Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of C$37,000 or More

For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. 6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. 14. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion shall be governed by the laws of Ecuador, and the competent authorities in Ecuador shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
15. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY WAIVER: By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless THE ORGANIZER, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.
16. USE OF DATA AND IMAGE: By participating, participants grant THE ORGANIZER an express and royalty-free authorization—unless the participant expressly states otherwise—to use their name, image, and voice for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes directly or indirectly related to this Activity, or in any other campaign, communication, or promotional material of THE ORGANIZER, in accordance with applicable regulations.
In addition, the winners agree to provide THE ORGANIZER with audiovisual material, including photographs and/or videos, documenting their experience as part of the “FOOTBALL UNITES US” campaign. Such material may be used by THE ORGANIZER for the purposes described above.
This authorization covers use in print, digital, and audiovisual media, social media, internal materials, and any other distribution channel that THE ORGANIZER deems appropriate, for a maximum period of one (1) year following the conclusion of the promotion.
The participant may revoke this authorization at any time by sending a written notice to THE ORGANIZER, accompanied by a copy of their identification document, without prejudice to any use made prior to the date of receipt of such notice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTION EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE
1.ORGANIZER:
These regulations establish the terms and conditions governing the promotion EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE. Any person wishing to participate (hereinafter referred to as “THE PARTICIPANT”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity, for exclusive commercial advertising purposes, shall be subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is organized exclusively by Metrocentro S.A., with RUC No. 0990690537001, represented by Mr. SALOMÓN DUMANI JIMÉNEZ, in his capacity as General Manager and legal representative, domiciled at Vélez 911 between 6 de Marzo and Pedro Moncayo, Edif. El Forum, PB, Local 1 (hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZER”). THE ORGANIZER is solely responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the benefits related thereto.
2.PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIOD: The promotion applies exclusively to Ecuador and will be valid rom June 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 hours (local time).
3.RESTRICTION: This promotion is exclusively intended for recreational players, understood as participants who play on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not as a professional, systematic, or predominantly profit-driven activity.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective, technical, and verifiable criteria, to determine participant eligibility in accordance with the House Rules and platform activity records.
4.DEPOSIT AMOUNT: For each individual deposit of USD$50 (or its equivalent in local currency) or more made on the official website www.betcris.com, through any enabled payment method and/or at duly authorized agencies, the participant will receive one (1) entry to participate in the drawing.
Deposits are expressly non-cumulative; therefore, multiple deposits will not be combined to reach the minimum required amount.
Example: If a participant makes a deposit of USD$100 (one hundred dollars), they will receive two (2) entries. Likewise, each additional deposit meeting the minimum amount will generate corresponding entries independently.
Individual deposits under USD$50 (fifty dollars) will not generate entries and will not be combined with other deposits to reach the minimum required amount.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may obtain during the promotion period, provided all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met.
To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional code SOCCER at the time of making the deposit, either through the online cashier or at a physical agency. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must request the cashier to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not selected or applied during the deposit process, such deposit will not be considered valid for promotional purposes.
Applicable payment methods will be subject to the conditions, restrictions, and regulations of each method available in Ecuador at the time of the transaction.
Accumulation Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers belonging to the Diamond and VIP segments of our loyalty program will be eligible for a differentiated accumulation scheme of entries. In this regard, deposits made in amounts equal to or greater than USD$2,000 and less than USD$3,000 will generate double (2x) entries, while deposits equal to or greater than USD$3,000 will generate triple (3x) entries. The application of this benefit will be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any modifications, adjustments, or restrictions to the allocation of these benefits, based on customer behavior.
Diamond Tier Assignment upon First Deposit of USD$1,000 or More
Customers whose initial deposit amount is equal to or greater than USD$1,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond category of our loyalty program within a maximum period of 24 hours, acquiring the benefits corresponding to the Diamond level of our Loyalty Program.
In the event that unusual, irregular, or potentially anomalous behavior is detected, Betcris may review, limit, or cancel the granted benefits without prior notice.
Furthermore, all eligible accounts will be subject to subsequent analysis and validation by Betcris as a condition to qualify for and maintain the corresponding benefits.
5.DRAW DATE: The draw corresponding to the “EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” promotion will take place on Monday, July 1, 2026.
Winner selection will be conducted through the AppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each primary winner, one alternate winner will be designated, who will be contacted only if the primary winner does not respond or cannot be validated. If necessary, alternate winners will be contacted successively until a valid winner is confirmed.
6.WINNER NOTIFICATION: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information registered in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the registered email address and/or messages sent to the registered phone number, depending on the availability of communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) phone contact attempts using the participant’s registered information. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will lose their winner status and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with THE ORGANIZER’s procedures, without any right to further claim.
Once the winner responds and effective contact is confirmed, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided the participant has enabled promotional communications.
Following telephone notification of winner status, the participant must submit a valid identification document for verification within a maximum period of twelve (12) hours from such communication. Once the winner’s identity is verified, digital tickets will be sent to the winner’s registered email address.
The winner is solely responsible for correctly providing their email address and verifying receipt of the prize. THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for errors in the email address provided by the winner, nor for failures attributable to email services, spam filters, or any other circumstance beyond its control.
7.PROMOTION PRIZES: Participants who comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions will enter the draw for one (1) travel package, consisting of a double ticket to attend the Grand Final of the “Mueve al Mundo” Tournament for the winner and one (1) companion.
The winner and their companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required to travel and enjoy the prize, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements requested by the relevant authorities.
If the winner or their companion fails to comply with such requirements, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify the winner and make the prize available for the selection of a new winner through a random draw.
Each package includes:
- Double entry ticket (winner + companion).
- Accommodation*.
- Air transportation*.
*The inclusion of accommodation and/or air transportation will be subject to the winner’s country of residence or geographical location, as well as logistical, operational, and availability criteria determined exclusively by THE ORGANIZER.
Betcris operates in other countries, where the promotion will also be available, subject to the laws of each jurisdiction; therefore, the prize will be distributed among these countries, which are: Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua,
Guatemala, and Honduras.
The Prize Does Not Include:
- Travel visas or required travel permits
- Incidental hotel expenses
- Expenses outside the programmed itinerary
- Any expenses not specified in the package
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or contributions related to participation or prize redemption
Participants who obtain entries during this phase will automatically qualify for Phase 3 corresponding to the cash prize (consolation prize) drawing detailed below.
8.CASH PRIZE (CONSOLATION PRIZE)
All participants meeting the conditions described in section four may participate for a total of USD$21,000 (or its equivalent in local currency) divided into forty-nine (49) cash prizes.
The drawing for the cash consolation prizes will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026, and will be distributed as follows:

9.COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS: This promotion may be combined with other active promotions offered by THE ORGANIZER, provided that such promotions allow it in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.
Participation and eligibility for the cash prizes associated with the promotion ” EL FÚTBOL QUE NOS UNE” may accumulate throughout all phases or stages of the promotion, considering the entries obtained during its validity period.
The cash prizes will be awarded once the entire promotion has concluded, on the date established by THE ORGANIZER for the corresponding drawing, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, players fully accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their total and unconditional agreement with (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which are final and binding.
11.PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS: Each participant may obtain multiple entries in the promotion based on qualifying deposits that meet the established requirements. However, only one account per person will be permitted. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities, IP addresses, devices, or any other method intended to alter the normal operation of the promotion or to breach these Terms and Conditions.
12.ORGANIZER RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
