There is no limit to the number of shares a participant can earn during the promotion period, provided they meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
To participate in the promotion, the participant must select the promotional codeFUTBOL when making a deposit, whether through the online cashier or at a physical branch. If the deposit is made in cash, the participant must ask the teller to apply the promotional code at the time of the transaction. If the promotional code is not entered or applied during the deposit process, that deposit will not be considered valid for the purposes of the promotion.

Earning Mechanics – Diamond and VIP Customers (Loyalty Program)
For the purposes of this promotion, customers in the Diamond and VIP segments will be eligible for a tiered share accumulation program. Specifically, deposits of C$74,000 or more but less than C$111,000 will generate double (2x) the number of shares, while deposits of C$111,000 or more will generate triple (3x) the number of shares. This benefit is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Betcris reserves the right to make any changes, adjustments, or restrictions to the awarding of these benefits, depending on the customer's behavior.
Diamond Status upon making a first deposit of C$37,000 or more:
Customers whose initial deposit is equal to or greater than C$37,000 will be upgraded to the Diamond tier within 24 hours and will receive the benefits associated with the Diamond tier of our Loyalty Program.
If any unusual, irregular, or suspicious activity is detected, Betcris reserves the right to review, limit, or cancel any benefits granted, without prior notice.

Winners will be selected via theAppSorteos platform, ensuring a random and transparent process. For each main winner, analternate will be designated, who will be contacted only if the main winner does not respond or cannot be verified. If necessary, we will move on to the alternates in succession until a valid winner is confirmed.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: THE ORGANIZER will contact the winner using the information provided in their account, via phone call and/or email sent to the email address associated with the account and/or text messages sent to the phone number associated with the account, as appropriate and depending on the availability of the communication channels.
THE ORGANIZER will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the participant by phone using the contact information provided by the participant. If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the participant will forfeit their status as a winner, and the prize may be reassigned in accordance with the procedures established by THE ORGANIZER, with no right to subsequent claims.
Once the winner responds and contact has been successfully established, THE ORGANIZER will send the corresponding notification via email and/or direct message (Inbox), provided that the participant has opted in to receive promotional communications.
After being notified by phone that they have won, the participant must submit a valid form of identification for verification purposes within a maximum of twelve (12) hours from the time of such notification. Once the winner’s identity has been verified, the digital tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the winner.
It is the winner’s sole responsibility to provide a valid email address and to verify receipt of the prize.
